Shift. workers Shift workers will work in accordance with a regular roster suitable to the industry. A roster may be departed from in cases of emergency. Every shift worker will be entitled to at least one Sunday off duty in every 28 days and will be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes on each shift which will be counted as time worked.
