Shippers. HEP agrees that, without ALON’s prior written consent, neither HEP nor any of its Affiliates shall be a shipper of any Refined Products or Other Products in any Refined Product Pipeline, and HEP further agrees that, subject to Common Carrier Requirements, only ALON and such shippers as ALON shall designate shall be permitted to ship Refined Products on the Refined Product Pipelines.

Shippers. A CARRIER reserves the right to inspect your shipment before accepting it, and to refuse to transport any item prohibited by this Agreement or by law. IMPORTANT: Shippers must completely remove any and all payment terms and conditions from their individual Shipper contracts prior to uploading them to the LaneAxis platform. Failure to do so may lead to a Xxxxxxx’s immediate removal and suspension from the LaneAxis Services and platform. Notwithstanding, Shippers’ contracts may contain provisions or addendums that may fall outside of the scope of the LaneAxis terms and conditions. It is the Carrier’s responsibility to thoroughly examine and understand the Shipper’s contract, and once agreed to, abide by its requirements. LaneAxis updates its database of active Carriers monthly based on the latest public data provided by the Department of Transportaion (DOT). LaneAxis will suspend non-active DOT Carriers, and remove suspended DOT carriers from its database. All load-specific negotiations, including but not limited to accessorial charges, will be reflected in the terms of the rate confirmation and load manifest.
Shippers. 3.2 Firm IP Capacity is allocated to Shippers by way of Auctions:
Shippers. Supplier Agents and Meter Asset Providers are not obliged to become Parties under this Code. Where this Code places an obligation on one or more Shippers, Supplier Agents or Meter Asset Providers, then:
Shippers. You are responsible for reading all terms, conditions, and tariffs published by TSPs when booking shipments on Cargofy. You are agreeing to the TSP’s terms, conditions, and tariffs, and entering into a legally binding agreement with the TSP, unless the transaction is prohibited by law or by this Terms of Use Agreement. You acknowledge that, unless otherwise noted by the TSP, pickup dates, delivery dates, and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Cancellations may be requested by either party prior to services being rendered (see Section 11 for additional details). A TSP reserves the right to inspect your shipment before accepting it, and to refuse to transport any item prohibited by this Terms of Use Agreement or by law. IMPORTANT: Cargofy does not actively screen or qualify TSPs for compliance with federal, state or local laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, Broker compliance with the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). It is recommended that You confirm such compliance directly with the TSP before services are rendered by the TSP.
