(ii) Supplier shall comply with any special packaging and labeling requirements for Items as set forth in the “Transportation, Packaging and Label Specifications” (“Attachment 2”). In the event such Attachments are not applicable to an Item, the Items shall be packaged, marked and labeled in accordance with best commercial practices, along with all required shipping documentation. In all events, Supplier must include a valid packing slip number or package ID on each package or shipment of Items. (iii) If Supplier delivers Items that do not meet the packaging or labeling requirements of this Agreement, Tesla may reject the Item, treat the Items as non-conforming to Specification, or charge and xxxx to Supplier all repackaging and re-labeling costs and expenses incurred by Tesla as a result of Supplier’s failure to comply with the packaging and labeling requirements of this Agreement.

Shipping and Packaging Requirements. Supplier shall comply with Buyer’s shipping and packaging requirements as amended or updated from time to time. Supplier shall: (a) properly xxxx, xxxx and ship Products in accordance with the requirements of Buyer, the involved carriers, and applicable law, and in a manner which shall permit the securing of the lowest transportation rates; (b) route shipments in accordance with Buyer's instructions and the terms and conditions stated in Buyer’s purchase order or release authorization; (c) make no charge for handling, packaging, storage or transportation of Products unless otherwise agreed in writing by Buyer; (d) properly mark each package with a label/tag in accordance with Buyer's instructions and provide packing slips with each shipment; (e) promptly forward the original bill of lading or other shipping receipt for each shipment in accordance with Buyer's instructions; and (f) have each packing slip and bill of lading indicate Buyer’s purchase order or release authorization number, date of shipment, part numbers and locations to which Products are to be shipped. Supplier shall ship only the quantities specified in Buyer’s release authorizations and shall be responsible for any delivery and return freight costs resulting from shipments of different quantities. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, any charges or costs relating to handling, packaging, storage or transportation of Products shall be borne by Supplier and shall be included in the piece price of the Products, and no charge shall be made by Supplier for containers, crating, boxing, bundling, dunnage, drayage or storage. Supplier shall include on bills of lading or other shipping receipts correct classification identification of the shipped Products in accordance with Buyer's instructions and the carrier’s requirements. The marks on each package and identification of the Products on packing slips, bills of lading and invoices (when required) shall be sufficient to enable Buyer to easily identify the Products purchased. Any deviation from Buyer’s shipping and packaging (including packing, marking and labeling) instructions shall be at Supplier's risk and Supplier shall be responsible for the costs of any corrective work undertaken by Buyer as a result of Supplier’s non-compliance.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging. b. If the Contract specifies FOB destination (place of delivery), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods freight prepaid. Seller shall make the transportation arrangements, pay the shipping costs, and remain responsible for the goods and materials until the goods and materials are delivered and the Buyer takes possession at the destination. c. If the Contract specifies FOB origin (place of shipment), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods collect. For goods shipped within the United States, Seller shall make no declaration concerning the value of the goods shipped except on goods where the tariff rating is dependent upon released or declared value. In such event, Seller shall release or declare such value at the maximum value within the lowest rating. Seller will ship the goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Boeing Domestic Shipment Routing Guide to be accessed through Buyer’s supplier portal at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/. Sellers need a One Time Password (OTP) token to log into the Boeing Supplier Portal. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication. d. Seller shall provide with each container shipped under this Contract an Advanced Shipping Notice (“ASN”). For each container shipped, Seller shall provide two (2) readable copies of the ASN barcode as follows: one (1) copy is to be securely affixed to the outside of each container and one (1) copy is to be loose inside each container. Non- conforming shipments are subject to rejection and repackaging at Seller’s expense. Instructions and guidelines related to the ASN process can be found on the Boeing Supplier Portal. Seller shall access by selecting the “Enterprise ASN Instructions” hyper-link under the header “Exostar Resources”. A copy of these instructions can also be found at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.

  • PACKING AND SHIPMENT (a) Unless otherwise specified, all Work is to be packed in accordance with good commercial practice. (b) A complete packing list shall be enclosed with all shipments. SELLER shall mark containers or packages with necessary lifting, loading, and shipping information, including the LOCKHEED XXXXXX Contract number, item number, dates of shipment, and the names and addresses of consignor and consignee. Bills of lading shall include this Contract number. (c) Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be FOB Place of Shipment.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale 1. When packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sales are classified in the Harmonized System with the good, they shall not be taken into account in determining whether all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4.03. 2. When the good is subject to a requirement of regional value content, the value of these packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Packing and Documents 23.1 The Supplier shall provide such packing of the Goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the Contract. During transit, the packing shall be sufficient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation, and open storage. Packing case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the goods' final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit. 23.2 The packing, marking, and documentation within and outside the packages shall comply strictly with such special requirements as shall be expressly provided for in the Contract, including additional requirements, if any, specified in the SCC, and in any other instructions ordered by the Procuring Entity.
