Shutdown Period. The Company may schedule a shutdown period for general maintenance at any time during the year. The Company will schedule staff, where necessary, for shipping, maintenance, and security of product. No employee shall be scheduled against his will; however where insufficient employees are available, the required employees may be assigned in the reverse order of seniority. Employees may take the shutdown time as banked overtime or vacation (to the extent the employee still has such time unused). 37
