Section 14.1 Upon retirement, accumulated sick leave for employees hired prior to April 1, 2015, shall be paid as follows: Accumulated from and after April 1, 1987 60 percent (60%) rate Upon retirement, the accumulated sick leave shall be paid at the forty (40) hour rate.
