SICK LEAVE AND VACATION LEAVE. Sick leave and annual leave (vacation days) will be earned at the same rate as if they were working on a traditional schedule. If an employee utilizes one leave day for a 4-day work week day it will result in a 1.25 day reduction in accumulate leave. If an employee utilizes one-half leave day for a 4-day work week day it will result in a three-fourths day reduction in accumulate leave.
