Common use of Sick Leave Bonus Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Bonus. a. If an employee uses no sick leave during the contract year, at the end of the school year, the employee will receive one (1) day's additional pay. b. If an employee uses one (1) day of sick leave during the contract year, at the end of the school year, the employee will receive an additional half (1/2) of a day's pay. c. If an employee uses two (2) days of sick leave during the contract year, at the end of the school year, the employee will receive an additional quarter (1/4) of a day's pay.
