SMOCKS AND APRONS. The Company agrees that during the term of this Agreement, it will provide aprons to employees who are required to wear same, the employee being responsible for laundering the apron, or such other arrangements as may be mutually agreed to between the employee and the Company. Special clothing such as rain coats, parkas and xxxxx’x whites will continue to be supplied by the Company, where required in accordance with past practice.
SMOCKS AND APRONS. Smocks and aprons will be supplied to employees required to wear same by the Employer. Lost smocks and aprons will be replaced at the employee’s expense. All smocks and aprons shall remain the property of the District of Mission.
SMOCKS AND APRONS. The Co-operative agrees to maintain the present policy of supplying and laundering smocks and aprons without cost to the employees in the bakery, deli and meat departments only.

The employee will be responsible for the laundering of shirts and sweaters. The grocery department aprons will be supplied by the Employer, the laundering of same will be the responsibility of the employee, but will remain the property of the Employer.

18.03 1. Every September all employees with a minimum of one (1) year of service may request and receive one (1) additional shirt as long as the employee remains actively employed. New employees will receive a shirt at time of hire.
SMOCKS AND APRONS. 19.01 The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement, employees will be allowed to wear personal attire as mutually agreed between Employer and employee.
19.02 Each full-time employee who completes six (6) months of continuous employment with the Employer shall be entitled to a maximum of four hundred ($400.00) dollars per year to cover the cost of new uniforms or footwear. Each part-time employee who completes six (6) months of continuous employment with the Employer shall be entitled to a maximum of two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars per year to cover the cost of new uniforms or footwear. Employees must submit a bill verifying the amount of the purchase of said uniforms or footwear.

(a) New employees will be provided with one (1) shirt at the time of hire.
(b) Every September thereafter all employees with a minimum of one (1) year of service may request and receive one (1) additional shirt as long as the employee remains actively employed.
(c) New employees who terminate their employment or who are terminated by the Employer prior to completion of their probationary period will be required to return the shirt. If they fail to return the shirt they may have the cost of the shirt deducted from their final paycheque.
(d) Employees are required to maintain their shirts in a clean and presentable condition. Any additional shirts required by the employee can be purchased from the Employer at cost. Shirts will be available in appropriate sizes.
(e) This will not apply to employees who do not wear the khaki shirt at work but will apply to Starbucks.
SMOCKS AND APRONS. Where the Employer requires the employees to wear smocks or aprons, the Employer shall provide and repair such smocks and aprons free of cost to the employee.
