SNOW SHOVELING. Xxxxxx agrees to remove all snow and ice from sidewalks, entrance walks, driveway and parking areas. In the event that Lessee fails to remove snow and ice from the City sidewalks, Lessor may remove such snow and ice, without giving prior notice to Lessee. Xxxxxx agrees to pay a minimum of $100.00 or the actual charges, whichever is greater, for each time Lessor removes snow and ice, which amount shall be deemed to be additional rent.

SNOW SHOVELING. Xxxxxx agrees to be responsible for and remove all snow and ice from city sidewalks pursuant to City of East Lansing ordinances. In the event that Lessee fails to remove snow and ice from the city sidewalk, CRMC may remove such snow and ice, without prior notice to Lessee and charge Lessee the cost of such removal. In order to prevent Lessees from getting tickets for violating City Ordinances, CRMC will remove new fallen snow and ice from the city sidewalks during Thanksgiving Break; Christmas break; and Spring Break. CRMC agrees to remove new snow falling during those time periods in accordance with the requirements of East Lansing ordinances.
SNOW SHOVELING. Tenant shall be required to clear their walkways so that EVERYONE has safe access. Once snow has stopped falling, residents have twenty-four (24) hours, to remove snow and ice from public sidewalks adjacent to their property. Tenant is liable for any fines imposed from not shoveling within 24 hours.
SNOW SHOVELING. The City of Lewiston shall continue to give first priority to plowing the Central Fire Station, and the men shall perform necessary hand shoveling. The Fire Department shall provide for snow plowing for the other stations and the men at these stations shall perform necessary hand shoveling. Nothing is this Article shall prevent the Chief from directing the men to perform additional shoveling when a failure to do so might seriously jeopardize the safety of the public.

  • Classroom Interruptions Classroom interruptions shall be kept to a minimum. Principals shall establish schedules for the use of the intercom services in each school, including staff use. If the plan varies from the shoring system standards, the plan shall be prepared by a registered civil or structural engineer.

  • Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.   • Fueling delivering or dispensing fuel, defueling and refueling, or any other transfer of fuel on Airport property.
