Sole Therapist Allowance. (a) A Sole Therapist allowance shall be payable, from the date of lodgement of this Agreement, where a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Orthoptist or Orientation & Mobility Instructor is the sole therapist or Health Professional employed at the site/location. The allowance payable is $33.45 per week. This allowance shall be pro-rata for part-time employees.

  • Safety Boot Allowance ‌ Effective January 1, 2022, except for temporary and probationary employees, the Employer agrees to pay one hundred and eighty-five dollars ($185.00) in January of each year towards the cost of safety boots for each full time employee requiring them and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each part time employee requiring them under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and/or by the Employer, provided the Employee is not eligible for safety footwear through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager.
