Space and Meeting Rooms. The Hotel shall provide the participating institution, on a complimentary basis, without charge and with no food and beverage minimum, five (5) meeting rooms. These meeting rooms should be away from public areas, connected to, or near one another, on the same floor, and in the primary building of the Hotel. Additionally, if serving as a player and chaperone hotel, a complimentary meeting room or location within the hotel suitable for registering up to 800 participants on the arrival day for each session will be required. Related to Space and Meeting Rooms

  • Meeting Space Union representatives may request the use of state property to hold union meetings. Upon prior notification, the Employer will provide meeting spaces where feasible. Such meetings will not interrupt state work and will not involve employees who are working. The Employer shall make space available for Union representatives to have confidential discussions with employees on an as needed basis subject to availability.

  • Safety Meetings Accident investigation.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.
