SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES AND PROGRAMS. The School assures that all special education services and provisions required under Chapter 14 of the State Board of Education regulations and Chapter 342 of the Department of Education Standards will be strictly followed and shall include: • Consultation with student and parent/guardian (34 CFR 300.345); • Review of the student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP) (34 CFR 300.343 (c)) delineating and ensuring that the IEP is followed; • Child Find provisions and related reporting; and • Required updates to the IEP.

Xxxxxxxx Academy shall conform to the provisions of Chapter 14 of the State Board of Education Regulations, Chapter 342 of the Department of Education Standards for students that require special education services, and the provisions defined in IDEA or 20 U.S.C. 1041(3). Further, Xxxxxxxx Academy agrees to comply with all federal and state special education statutes and regulations as they apply to Chartiers Valley School District. The needs identified in the Individual Education Program (IEP) for a student will determine if Xxxxxxxx Academy will be able to accept the student.

Wattsburg Area School District will also update the Evaluation Report prior to admission (34 CFR 300.343); (c.) any services that are not provided by Bethesda or cannot be provided by Bethesda during the period of enrollment will be the responsibility of Wattsburg Area School District and the student shall be considered as a "dual enrollment" under applicable law; (d.) if a student is enrolled and it is later determined that the student should be evaluated under applicable Special Education provisions, including the
