SPECIFICATIONS & STANDARDS a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.

SPECIFICATIONS & STANDARDS. 6.1. The Contractor is responsible for supply of a complete Vehicle in accordance with the Contract User’s Specification, all relevant vehicle legislation and fit for immediate use. 6.2. The identification of proprietary equipment, directly or indirectly, in a Specification, will be deemed to include suitable equipment supplied by other manufacturers, providing equivalent functionality, performance and quality. 6.3. Any changes or variations to specification made by the manufacturer after the date of tender submission must be notified to the Director of ESPO and be approved by the Contract User. 6.4. The Contractor shall at all times perform the Contract with skill and care and diligence with the utmost good faith and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Contract User. The Vehicle delivered by the Contractor shall meet the standards and performance criteria detailed in a Specification and be suitable for the purpose as defined in the Specification or elsewhere in the Contract either expressly or by implication. 6.5. Vehicles supplied under this Contract must comply with all current Construction & Use, Health & Safety, & ‘CE’ Mark regulations and other pertinent regulations. The Vehicle must comply with any relevant EU Directive(s), British Standard specification(s) or British Standard Code(s) of Practice in force at the date of Contract, and other regulations as stated in the Contract User’s specification. Any reference in this Tender document to British or European Standards or certification bodies shall be taken to include all other equivalent standards or certification bodies, respectively.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.
