The goods shall: • Conform in every respect with the provision of the Agreement • Be capable of all standards of performance specified in the Agreement • Be fit for any purpose made known to the Supplier expressly or by implication and in this respect the Buyer shall rely on the Supplier’s skill and judgement • Be new unless otherwise specified on the Purchase Order and be of sound materials and skilled and careful workmanship • Correspond to their description or any samples, patterns, drawings, plans and specifications referred to in this Agreement • Be of satisfactory quality • Comply with all current applicable standards, regulation and legislation
Quality and Description. It is a condition of any Contract that the Goods shall: conform as to quality and description with the particulars stated in the Purchase Order, Documents or Artwork and, in respect of any colour management solutions, such solutions shall comply with and maintain ISO 12647-2 or any other colour management standard prescribed by Company; comply with all statutory requirements and all applicable regulations relating to the Goods; (save where otherwise stated in the Purchase Order) be of the highest quality of materials and workmanship and of satisfactory quality and free from all defects; conform to the Documentation referred to in the Purchase Order; be capable of the standard of performance specified in the Purchase Order; conform with any sample provided by Company to the Supplier; be and shall remain free from liens and encumbrances of any kind; be fit for any purpose for which they are supplied pursuant to the Purchase Order and any purpose held out by the Supplier; and be of the quality, volume, weight or length specified in the Purchase Order. be delivered and installed at Company’s Client location at Suppliers Cost. It is a condition of any Contract that the Services shall be performed: in accordance with the specifications or standards of performance set out or referred to in the Purchase Order; to conform with all statutory requirements and all applicable regulations relating to the Services; in accordance with Good Industry Practice; and by suitably qualified and competent personnel who shall exercise all due skill and care and all due diligence in the execution thereof and that suitably qualified personnel are available from the Supplier for a reasonable period of time following delivery of the Services. It is a condition of this Agreement and/or any Contract (as applicable) that the Supplier shall: not accept an order request from Company without being provided with a Purchase Order number; it has and shall continue to have for the duration of this Agreement and for such time after the expiry or termination of this Agreement as is necessary for the proper performance of its obligations under this Agreement, full capacity and authority and all necessary governmental, administrative and regulatory authorisations, licences, permits and consents to enter into and to perform this Agreement and to supply the Goods and/or Services and the Supplier undertakes to inform Company forthwith if any are withdrawn, limited or restricted in any way or are not r...
Quality and Description. Subject to Articles 7 and 18 herein, Goods supplied and/or Services provided under an Agreement shall:
Quality and Description. (a) The Goods shall conform as to quality, description and specification with the particulars specified by the Buyer and shall be of sound materials and workmanship. If the purpose for which the Goods are required has been indicated by the Buyer, either expressly or by implication then the Goods shall be fit for that purpose.

Quality and Description. 4.1 Supplier warrants that any Goods supplied shall, when delivered, be: (i) of the quantity and description specified in the Contract or in any advertising or other material published or provided by Supplier; (ii) of satisfactory quality; (iii) fit for their normal purpose and any specific purpose of Buyer made known to Supplier or for any other purpose of Buyer of which Supplier ought reasonably to have been aware; and (iv) free from defects in design, material and workmanship. Supplier, at its own expense, shall perform quality control testing in accordance with its own procedures to ensure that the Goods meet the requirements of the Contract.
Quality and Description. 4.1.- The Supplier guarantees that the Goods supplied, when delivered, shall be: (i) of the quantity and description specified in the Contract, in the Order, in any notification or other document issued or delivered by the Supplier; (ii) of satisfactory quality; (iii) appropriate to meet the regular and specific purposes of the Buyer and that have been notified to the Supplier or any other purposes of the Buyer which the Supplier should reasonably know; and (iv) the design, materials and production shall be free from defects. The Supplier, of their own account and expense, shall perform quality control tests in accordance with their procedures to ensure that the Goods meet the requirements set out in the Contract.
