Speed Restrictions. The Developer shall pay to the Council all costs incurred by the Council in relation to the making and the process of making any order pursuant to section 84 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that is required to introduce a 20 mph speed restriction on the Road or Roads. For the avoidance of doubt such costs shall include any costs relating to signage or materials required to be placed or provided in the Road or Roads or on the Land in connection with and giving effect to any such order.
