Standard WorkdaylWorkweek. 4.1.1 Full-time officers shall continue to work an 80 hour bi-weekly Monday through Sunday work schedule of 24 hours the first week and 56 hours the second week, with all hours in excess of 80 hours per the bi-weekly schedule to be paid at the rate of time and one-half. Officers will typically be scheduled to work five 12 hour shifts, and two 10 hour shifts per pay period. The start of a B-Line shift will typically be 7:00 AM and the start of a C-Line shift will typically be between the hours of 1 :00 PM and 5:00 PM, whichever the Chief deems as best meeting the needs of the Town. If exigent circumstances or situations arise, the Chief will have the flexibility to temporarily adjust start times prior to 7:00 AM but no shift will be scheduled to end later than 3:00 AM. The manner in which officers currently rotate shifts shall remain at the discretion of the PBA.

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:

  • Workday/Workweek A. The normal workweek for each full-time employee shall be forty (40) hours.

  • Workweek A regularly re-occurring period of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours consisting of seven (7) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour periods. Workweeks will normally begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday or as otherwise designated by the appointing authority. If there is a change in their workweek, employees will be given written notification by the appointing authority or their designee.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Standard Work Day The standard work day for non-shift employees shall be seven (7) hours exclusive of the meal period.

  • Workday and Workweek The District and the Association recognize the principle of an eight (8) hour unit member workday, and a forty (40) hour workweek for persons employed on a full-time basis during the regular school year.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.

  • Weekend Work (a) Overtime work on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and a half (1.5) for the first two (2) hours and double time thereafter, provided that all overtime worked after 12 noon on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of double time.
