State Industrial Leave. Disability leave for an on the job injury shall be granted during the period an Employee is disabled and unable to work, in accordance with state law. The leave shall be for up to twelve (12) months from the date of initial absence due to a covered illness or injury unless agreed to otherwise by the employer.
