Statements of Work (SOWs). The Government shall prepare SOWs that include, at a minimum, work to be performed, location of work, period of performance, deliverable schedule, applicable performance standards, and any special requirements. To the maximum extent practicable, Government requirements shall be performance- based statements.

Statements of Work (SOWs). The or- xxxxxx activity shall develop a state- ment of work. All Statements of Work shall include a description of work to be performed; location of work; period of performance; deliverable schedule; applicable performance standards; and any special requirements (e.g., security 178 clearances, travel, and special knowl- edge). To the maximum extent prac- ticable, agency requirements shall be performance-based statements (see sub- part 37.6).

  • Statements of Work 2.2 Each Statement of Work shall be agreed in the following manner:

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.

  • Work Orders If the Contract is for indefinite quantities of Services, as specified in the Signature Document, all Work will be performed in accordance with properly executed Work Orders.

  • Posting of Work Schedules Work schedules shall be written in ink and posted and maintained in such a way as to provide every employee an opportunity to know her shift schedule for an advanced period of six (6) weeks.

  • Notice of Work Schedules (a) Work schedules for regular employees shall be posted at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the starting day of a new schedule.

  • Stop Work Orders A. The JBE may, at any time, by Notice to Contractor, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the Services for a period up to ninety (90) days after the Notice is delivered to Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree (“Stop Work Order”). The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate it is issued under this provision. Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, Contractor shall immediately comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Services covered by the Stop Work Order during the period of stoppage. Within ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, the JBE shall either (i) cancel the Stop Work Order; or (ii) terminate the Services covered by the Stop Work Order as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Task Orders All orders issued hereunder are subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. The contract shall control in the event of conflict with any order. When mailed, an order shall be "issued" for purposes of this contract at the time the Government deposits the order in the mail, or, if transmitted by other means, when physically delivered to the contractor.

  • Service Orders The Customer must place an Application for Service with the Company to initiate, cancel or change the Services provided pursuant to these Rates, Terms and Conditions. Applications for Services may be either in writing or orally and provide, at a minimum, the following information:

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.
