STATUS AND TERM. A. Pursuant to ANAHEIM Municipal Code section 1.05.030.0107, XXXXXXX shall be an at-will employee of ANAHEIM and shall serve for an indefinite term at the pleasure of the City Manager. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the City Manager to terminate the employment of XXXXXXX at any time, subject only to the provisions of this Agreement, the City Charter and the Anaheim Municipal Code.
B. In accepting the Fire Chief position, XXXXXXX hereby expressly waives any right he may have, under ANAHEIM's Municipal Code, ANAHEIM's personnel rules or any other source, to claim a property right in, or a right to revert to his previous position as Deputy Fire Chief, or any other position he previously held in ANAHEIM.
C. The term of this Agreement shall be from July 17, 2019, until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, XXXXXXX shall be a full-time Fire Chief.
STATUS AND TERM. A. Employee shall be employed for an indefinite term, serving at the pleasure of the Employer. Employee shall be considered an at-will employee of the City. This employment agreement shall commence on May 3, 2021.
B. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the Employer’s right to terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, at any time, subject only to the provisions set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement, the laws of the State of New Mexico, City Charter, and the Ordinances of the City of Rio Rancho.
C. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of Employee to resign and terminate this Agreement at any time, subject only to the provisions set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.
D. Employee agrees to remain in the exclusive employ of Employer for an indefinite period of time and shall neither accept other employment nor become employed by any other employer without the prior written approval of the Employer. The term “employed” (and derivations of that term as used hereinabove) shall include but is not limited to employment by another legal entity or self employment, but shall not be construed to include occasional teaching, writing, consulting or military reserve service performed on Employee’s own time and with the advance approval of the Governing Body.
STATUS AND TERM. A. Employee shall be employed for an indefinite term, commencing September 18, 2017, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. Employee shall be considered an “at-will” employee of the City.
B. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the City’s right to terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, at any time, subject only to the provisions set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement, the laws of the State of Washington, and City ordinances.

STATUS AND TERM. A. Pursuant to ANAHEIM Municipal Code section 1.05.030.0107, ANDAL shall be an at-will employee of ANAHEIM and shall serve for an indefinite term at the pleasure of the City Manager. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the City Manager to terminate the employment of ANDAL at any time, subject only to the provisions set forth in this Agreement and Section 604 of the City Charter, provided, however, that ANDAL’s employment may not be terminated within six (6) months of the appointment of a City Manager.

C. The term of this Agreement shall be from January 30, 2019, until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, ANDAL shall be a full-time Human Resources Director.
STATUS AND TERM. A. Pursuant to ANAHEIM Municipal Code section 1.05.030.0107, WHITE shall be an at-will employee of ANAHEIM and shall serve for an indefinite term at the pleasure of the City Manager. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the City Manager to terminate the employment of WHITE at any time, subject only to the provisions of this Agreement, the City Charter and the Anaheim Municipal Code.
B. The term of this Agreement shall be from August 19, 2019, until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, WHITE shall be a full-time Planning Director.
STATUS AND TERM. A. RIDGE shall serve for an indefinite term at the pleasure of the City Manager and shall be considered an at-will employee of ANAHEIM. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the City Manager to terminate the employment of RIDGE at any time, subject only to the provisions set forth in this Agreement.
STATUS AND TERM. The terms of this Agreement are in relation to Xx. Xxxx'x appointment as President. In the event that Xx. Xxxx returns to the positions of Vice-President (Research) and Professor (with tenure) all terms and conditions that were applicable to those positions will remain unchanged.

Employee shall be considered an "at-will" employee of the City. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit, or otherwise interfere with the City's right to terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, at any time, subject only to the provisions outlined in Section 6 of this Agreement, applicable federal, state, and local laws, and the city rules and regulations. To the extent there is any conflict between the language of this Agreement and city rules and regulations, the language of this Agreement shall control. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit, or otherwise interfere with the right of Employee to resign and terminate this Agreement at any time, subject only to the provisions outlined in Section 6 of this Agreement. The term "employed" and derivations of that term as used in the preceding sentence shall include employment by another legal entity or self-employment, but shall not be construed to include occasional teaching, writing, or consulting performed on Employee's own time, and with the advance approval of the City Manager.
