City Rules and Regulations. With the exception of economic provisions, the City personnel policy and administrative codes approved by the City Council shall apply to employees in the bargaining unit unless they conflict with the express provisions of this Agreement. Whenever new policies are promulgated by the City Council, the new policies shall be posted thirty (30) days prior to talking effect.
City Rules and Regulations. The City shall have the right to make such reasonable directions, rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary by the City for the conduct and management of the affairs of the City, and the Association agrees that the employees shall be bound by and obey such directions, rules and regulations insofar as the same do not conflict with the Agreement. The parties agree to abide by collective bargaining laws with respect to mandatory subjects of bargaining.
City Rules and Regulations. The Agreement is entered into by the City in the City’s proprietary capacity. Nothing in the Agreement shall limit in any way User’s obligation to comply with regulatory requirements of the City. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law now or in the future, the City reserves the right to adopt or issue rules, regulations, orders, or other directives governing users of its public rights-of-way and public facilities or property, including, without limitation, the Xxxxxx Connect Network and the Other City-Owned Facilities. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Addendum or Order, User shall abide by and adhere to, and ensure that User Representatives and End Users abide by and adhere to, such City rules, regulations, orders, or other directives adopted pursuant to applicable law and as may be amended, superseded, or supplemented from time to time.
City Rules and Regulations. Unless otherwise provided herein, all provisions of the City Charter and Code, and regulations of the City relating to vacation, sick leave, retirement and pension system contributions, health insurance, dental insurance, vision care insurance, holidays, and other fringe benefits as they now exist or hereafter may be amended, which may include increase or decrease in benefits, also shall apply to Employee as they would to all employees of the City.
City Rules and Regulations. The present Rules and Regulations of the City, Section A-General Provisions and Section B-General Working Rules and as amended through future negotiations between the Union and the City are hereby included into this Agreement; however, the Agreement will govern where there is a conflict between the Rules and Regulations and the Agreement. Before a working rule and/or personnel policy is formulated on a departmental basis, it shall be discussed with the Union (See Appendix A).
City Rules and Regulations. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 26.1, there exists within the City certain personnel rules and regulations and departmental rules and regulations. To the extent that this agreement does not specifically contradict these personnel rules and regulations or departmental rules and regulations or City ordinances, they shall continue, subject to being changed by the City in accordance with the exercise of City rights under this agreement and applicable state law.
City Rules and Regulations. City shall have the right to make and post such reasonable rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary for the conduct and management of the Services, and Contractor agrees that its staff shall obey such rules and directions of any authorized representative of the City. Contractor shall conform to all rules and regulations at any time promulgated by City with respect to the Facilities, including City’s Operational Policies; cause its officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, independent contractors, and invitees at all times to abide by and conform to those rules and regulations, which City may at any time affix and establish for the conduct of Contractor's staff.
City Rules and Regulations. All provisions of the City Code, regulations, and rules as they now exist, and hereafter may be amended, shall apply to the Manager as they would to other employees of the City, unless they conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
City Rules and Regulations. School will use all reasonable efforts to cause Students to comply with City’s policies, procedures, work rules and regulations, including preservation of the confidentiality of patient care and patient care records. School will, prior to allowing a Student to participate in the Clinical Experience, review patient confidentiality as well as the City’s policies, procedures, work rules and regulations with Student and secure Student’s agreement to abide by all such rules and regulations.
