City Rules and Regulations. With the exception of economic provisions, the City personnel policy and administrative codes approved by the City Council shall apply to employees in the bargaining unit unless they conflict with the express provisions of this Agreement. Whenever new policies are promulgated by the City Council, the new policies shall be posted thirty (30) days prior to talking effect.

City Rules and Regulations. The City shall have the right to make such reasonable directions, rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary by the City for the conduct and management of the affairs of the City, and the Association agrees that the employees shall be bound by and obey such directions, rules and regulations insofar as the same do not conflict with the Agreement. The parties agree to abide by collective bargaining laws with respect to mandatory subjects of bargaining.
City Rules and Regulations. The Agreement is entered into by the City in the City’s proprietary capacity. Nothing in the Agreement shall limit in any way User’s obligation to comply with regulatory requirements of the City.
