STATUTORY HOLIDAY DURING EMPLOYEE'S VACATION. Should a Statutory Holiday occur during an Employee’s vacation period, the Employee will receive the applicable statutory pay, in accordance with Article 7.01, for that day. The time for the Statutory Holiday will not be deducted from the Employee's vacation entitlement.
