VACATION SCHEDULING PREFERENCE BY SENIORITY Sample Clauses

The vacation-scheduling-preference-by-seniority clause establishes that employees with greater seniority are given priority when selecting vacation dates. In practice, this means that when multiple employees request overlapping vacation periods, those with longer tenure have their choices considered first, while less senior employees may need to select alternative dates. This clause helps manage vacation scheduling conflicts fairly and transparently, ensuring that the process rewards employee loyalty and reduces disputes over popular vacation times.
