Strategic Level. The Unit will represent Suffolk local authorities on a routine basis in planning for major emergencies through the Suffolk Resilience Forum and for ensuring, as far as possible, that inter-agency planning is coordinated. Where appropriate, the nominated senior (strategic) officer from each authority may be required to attend specific meetings overseen by the Suffolk Resilience Forum to finalise arrangements. Formal executive representation on behalf of Suffolk local authorities at 6 monthly Suffolk Resilience Forum meetings will be provided by the agreed Suffolk Chief Executive emergency planning lead and by the County Council’s Senior Officer for emergency preparedness.

Strategic Level. On a strategic level, an UNMIK liaison officer is deployed as the strategic and operational planner and liaison officer with the KFOR planners.44 Furthermore, UNMIK had deployed military liaison officers to the headquarters of KFOR, at regional and at the five KFOR multinational brigades level.45 As KFOR representatives took part, “as necessary, in the work of UNMIK”, and UNMIK, in turn, participated “in KFOR’s Joint Implementation Commission (JIC), which liaised with both the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia’s armed forces and the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).46 As there are no further documents publicly available, it is difficult to assess whether these liaison officers transmit any form of control on the strategic level over the conduct of KFOR troops.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Performance Reviews The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.

  • Annual Performance Bonus In the discretion of the Company's Compensation Committee, the Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus payable in cash for each full or partial fiscal year of the Company during the Employment Period in accordance with the Company's performance-based bonus program for Executive Officers.

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.
