Structured Vocational Training. The parties to this Agreement recognise that the apprenticeship system of structured vocational training that operates within the fire protection Industry has been integral to the efficiency and productivity of that industry. The parties are committed to maintaining the integrity of and improving upon the existing system of structured vocational training. In this regard the parties are committed to: 18.1 working co-operatively in facilitating the transition from the existing apprenticeship arrangements to the Australian Vocational Training system, which leads directly to an outcome of ASF Level 3 (AVTS level 3); 18.2 ensuring that the trade skills required for the Fire Protection Industry will continue to be delivered through system of structured vocational training system based on sequential training through an apprenticeship (or equivalent contracts of training) to an outcome of at least Fire Protection Tradesperson Level 1 (100%) within the classification structure.
Structured Vocational Training. 49.1 The parties to this Agreement recognise that the apprenticeship system of structured vocational training that operates within the Plumbing, Mechanical Services and Medical Gas Industry has been integral to the efficiency and productivity of that industry 49.2 The parties are committed to maintaining the integrity of and improving upon the existing system of structured vocational training. In this regard the parties are committed to:- (a) Working co-operatively in facilitating the transition from the existing apprenticeship arrangements to the Australian Vocational Training system, which leads directly to an outcome of Cert 3 ; and (b) Ensuring that the trade skills required for the Plumbing, Mechanical Services and Medical Gas industry will continue to be delivered through system of structured vocational training system based on sequential training through an apprenticeship (or equivalent contracts of training) to an outcome of at least Plumbing Tradesperson 49.3 To facilitate ongoing structured vocational training the Employer will pay an organisation approved by the CEPU: (a) From 1 April 2020 - $17.60 per week per employee including apprentices covered by this agreement. (b) From 1 April 2021 - $19.65 per week per employee including apprentices covered by this agreement. (c) From 1 April 2022 - $25.55 per week per employee including apprentices covered by this agreement. (d) From 1 April 2023 - $32.55 per week per employee including apprentices covered by this agreement.

In this regard the parties are committed to: - • Working co-operatively in facilitating the transition from the existing apprenticeship arrangements to the Australian Vocational Training system, which leads directly to an outcome of Cert 3 ; and • Ensuring that the trade skills required for the Plumbing, Roof Plumbing, Mechanical Services and Medical Gas industry will continue to be delivered through system of structured vocational training system based on sequential training through an apprenticeship (or equivalent contracts of training) to an outcome of at least Plumbing Tradesperson 56.3 To facilitate ongoing structured vocational training the Employer will pay an organisation approved by the CEPU PLUMBING DIVISION NSW BRANCH: From 1 April 2024 or on the commencement of the agreement, the employer will pay $32.55 per week per employee including apprentices covered by this agreement.

In this regard the parties are committed to:- (a) Working co-operatively in facilitating the transition from the existing apprenticeship arrangements to the Australian Vocational Training system, which leads directly to an outcome of AQF Level 3 (AVTS level 3); and (b) Ensuring that the trade skills required for the fire protection industry will continue to be delivered through system of structured vocational training system based on sequential training through an apprenticeship (or equivalent contracts of training) to an outcome of at least Fire Protection Tradesperson Level 1 (100%) within the classification structure. 37.3 To facilitate ongoing structured vocational training the Employer will pay an organisation approved by the National Fire Industry Association of Australia and CEPU: (a) From 1 March 2020 - $30.00 per week per Employee covered by this Agreement. (b) From 1 March 2021 - $30.00 per week per employee covered by this Agreement. (c) From 1 March 2022 - $30.00 per week per employee covered by this Agreement. (d) From 1 March 2023 - $30.00 per week per employee covered by this Agreement.

In this regard the parties are committed to: 19.1.1 working co-operatively in facilitating the transition from the existing apprenticeship arrangements to the Australian Vocational Training system, which leads directly to an outcome of ASF Level 3 (AVTS level 3) or suitable equivalent level; 19.1.2 ensuring that the trade skills required for the Fire Protection Industry will continue to be delivered through system of structured vocational training system based on sequential training through an apprenticeship (or equivalent contracts of training); 19.1.3 it is agreed that a training program be developed consistent with the employer’s current and future needs and the need to develop vocational skills relevant to other employers and the industry.

In this regard the parties are committed to:- (a) Working co-operatively in facilitating the transition from the existing apprenticeship arrangements to the Australian Vocational Training system, which leads directly to an outcome of Cert 3 ; and (b) Ensuring that the trade skills required for the Plumbing, Mechanical Services and Medical Gas industry and the Air-conditioning & refrigeration Industry will continue to be delivered through system of structured vocational training system based on sequential training through an apprenticeship (or equivalent contracts of training) to an outcome of at least Plumbing Tradesperson or Air-coditioning & Refrigeration Industry 49.3 To facilitate ongoing structured vocational training the Employer will pay an organisation approved by the CEPU: (a) From 1 April 2020 - $17.60 per week per employee including apprentices covered by this agreement. (b) From 1 April 2021 - $19.65 per week per employee including apprentices covered by this agreement. (c) From 1 April 2022 - $25.55 per week per employee including apprentices covered by this agreement. Related to Structured Vocational Training

  • Additional Training Should the introduction of new methods of operation create a need for the perfection or acquisition of skills requiring a training period longer than one (1) year, the additional training time shall be a subject for discussion between the Board and the Union.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • Help Desk A help desk for Product support issues (the “Help Desk”) will be available to Customer. Unless specified in an Order, Customer should contact 000.000.0000 to receive a telephone number for the applicable supporting Solutions & Support Center. Customer will appoint one Product administrator and one backup administrator to serve as the primary point of contact regarding maintenance services.

  • INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC 1. Profits derived by an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that Contracting State. 2. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to profits from the participation in a pool, a joint business or an international operating agency.

  • Mandatory Training The Department reserves the right to require the Charter School to attend any training related to the responsibilities of a Charter School.

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Classroom Visitation To provide patrons of the District the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth: A. All visitors to a school and/or classroom shall obtain the approval of the principal, and if the visit is to a classroom, the time will be arranged after the principal or his designee has conferred with the employee, if possible. B. Whenever possible, the employee shall be afforded the opportunity to confer with the classroom visitor before and/or after the visitation. C. This provision does not apply to administrators and Board of Directors members.
