Student Health Services. The School shall provide students with appropriate school health services and safety protections, including providing first aid care for ill and injured students. The school may recommend that parents seek the help of medical professionals or appropriate health agencies for cases beyond its scope of responsibility.
Student Health Services. The District and the Association recognize that requiring an untrained employee to perform student health services is not desirable. Accordingly, the parties agree that should problems arise regarding the provision of such services by any employee, they will promptly confer in an effort to resolve such problems. In all such cases, the parties agree to be guided by the concept that the provision of such services shall be provided by a trained volunteer or by a person hired and trained to provide such services.
Student Health Services. 3.10.1 The worksite administrator shall designate in writing the person(s) responsible to dispense medication on an individual basis. Such authorized person(s) designated to dispense medication shall receive training from the school nurse.
3.10.2 Catheters and feeding tube insertions shall not be performed by Association members.
3.10.3 Administering EPI pens may be done by Association members trained to perform this procedure.
3.10.4 All dispensing of medication shall be in accordance with RCW 28A.31.150.

Accordingly, the parties agree that, should problems arise regarding the provision of such services by any teacher/ancillary staff, they will promptly confer in an effort to resolve such problems.
Student Health Services. 3.12.1 The work site administrator shall designate in writing the person(s) responsible to dispense medication on an individual basis. Such authorized person(s) designated to dispense medication shall receive training from the school nurse.
3.12.2 Catheters and feeding tube insertion will be done by school nurses or other persons trained to perform such functions.
Student Health Services. At the annual designation and funding of the Xxxxxxxxx County Health Department, a Xxxxxxxxx County Health Department Health Technician may be present in the building during the student day that is supervised by a Health Department nurse. The Xxxxxxxxx County Health Department shall be responsible for providing the personnel and associated costs.
Student Health Services. A. COS health services for Fresno State students will be outlined in an addendum to this agreement dated prior to October 31, 2016.
Student Health Services. 1. Carilion agrees to provide “Student Health Services” (defined in Paragraph A-2 below) to RCPS in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Carilion shall provide on-site nurses (“School Nurses”) and other personnel to deliver the Student Health Services and to promote health education. Each School Nurse shall hold a license or a multistate licensure privilege to practice professional nursing in Virginia (“Registered Nurse”).
Student Health Services. Provisions of the services to which a student is entitled are detailed below:
Student Health Services. Student Health Services means those medical and related services to be provided by Xxxxxx Medical Management at the Clinic situated on the Premises under the Student Health’Care Services Agreement.
