Itinerant Assignments. In assigning the duties set forth in this section, the District shall see that the hours involved are equitably distributed among unit members and that reasonable advance notice of scheduling is provided. Unit members who serve two or more schools/sites in one day within the limits of Santa Xxxxxx or Malibu shall be allowed a maximum of thirty (30) minutes per move, exclusive of lunch periods. Unit members who serve two or more schools/sites in one day between Santa Xxxxxx and Malibu shall be allowed a maximum of one (1) hour per move, exclusive of lunch periods. The unit member and the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, shall determine travel time based upon the unit member’s school year assignment and a mileage/time chart for district schools/sites.
Itinerant Assignments a. The positions of Itinerant TK-8 RSP attached to the Special Ed Department, and SiteSpecific TK-8 RSP are distinct. As such, teachers cannot be reassigned from sitespecific to Itinerant TK-8 RSP attached to the Special Education Department, or vice versa.
Itinerant Assignments. The parties agree that, in the event a teacher’s assignment in art, music, p.e., counseling, or social work at any middle school or high school is reduced, the teacher will have the right to fill out their schedule to the previous level in an elementary itinerant position without bidding, if one is available, and it would not cause the displacement of other staff. Itinerant Assignments. Itinerant Unit members and their Program Administrator will meet and confer yearly regarding schedules, program needs and assignments. The determination of the assigned sites shall be made by the program administrator.
Itinerant Assignments. The number of assignments for itinerants shall not exceed those of component district employees. However, itinerants will follow the work day hours pro-rata of that component district assigned to them.
