COURSES AND TRAINING. 1. If the services to be provided by Jaarbeurs consists of giving training or courses, Jaarbeurs may always demand payment before commencement. 2. If the number of registrations so warrant in Jaarbeurs’ opinion, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has the right to combine the courses or training with one or more other courses or training sessions, or to reschedule same to a later date or time. 3. In the event of postponement or cancellation of courses or training sessions due to force majeure Jaarbeurs is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or costs of the Client.

COURSES AND TRAINING. (a) In the event the School requires an employee to take any course or training, the School shall pay the costs of transportation, tuition, books and materials, and the reasonable cost of meals and overnight lodging, if required, in accordance with the School’s Employee Travel and Reimbursement Policy 8.11, as it is amended from time to time. The School may require written receipts for out-of-pocket expenses before making payment to the employee. Employees, who are required to attend courses or training, shall receive the same hours and rate of pay as they would have received for their normal work schedule, in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

COURSES AND TRAINING. 22.01 Staff Meetings and On-Site Inservices (a) Employees shall be paid at their Basic Rate of Pay for all time spent attending staff meetings scheduled by the Employer. Such time shall not be included to calculate overtime and shall not attract any differential or premium pay of any kind. (b) Where required by the Employer to attend inservices, Employees shall be paid at their Basic Rate of Pay for all time spent attending such inservices. Such time shall not be included for the purpose of calculating overtime and shall not attract any differential or premium pay of any kind. If the training ends at a time that the Employee is not able to return to work by the end of their scheduled shift, the Employee shall be paid for the entire shift. (c) When the Employer makes the attendance at staff meetings compulsory, Employees shall be compensated in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

COURSES AND TRAINING a. ACKVK–TP shall plan the Training Program and ensure completion of entireTraining Program as per terms and conditions of this Agreement and Scheme Guidelines. ACKVK–TP /TC shall be responsible for the quality of Training Program as per applicable Scheme Guidelines. b. The courses are National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) aligned and as per, Qualification Packs (QPs). c. Initiate Training Program as per allocated target immediately after approval of batches on MSSDS Portal. d. Capture daily attendance of candidates and Trainer on ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ (AEBAS Portal). ACKVK–TP will create training batches on MSSDS Portal.
