Garage Parking. The Tenant shall have the right to parking spaces located on the Premises. The tenant shall be charged a fee on a monthly basis of Dollars ($ ), in addition to the rent payment, for use of the space. Only vehicles registered with the Landlord and/or Condominium Association will be allowed to park in the areas designated unless consent is given.

Garage Parking indoor parking space is available for an extra charge of CHF 25.00 per day per car. Rates are net, not commissionable and inclusive of service charge and VAT.
Garage Parking. Car parking costs (day and night) can be reimbursed only for activities undertaken away from the assessor’s/Technical Expert’s usual residential area, attaching the proof. Garage Parking. Effective as of the Reduction Date, the modifications made to Section 3.5 of the Lease pursuant to Section 7 of the First Amendment to Lease Agreement shall automatically terminate and Section 3.5 of the Lease shall apply to the Remaining Premises as originally provided in the Lease including any adjustment that would have been made under Section 3.5.5, with the result that Landlord agrees to furnish to Tenant the right to park vehicles in the Parking Garage on the terms and in the numbers provided in Section 3.5 of the Lease. Tenant hereby acknowledges that five (5) of the Parking Permits leased to Tenant as Assigned Permits shall be used for an electrical generator owned by Tenant in lieu of the spaces assigned to Tenant for its Assigned Permits to create space for a generator pursuant to Section 3.5.2 of the Lease, which shall continue to be included as Assigned Permits for Tenant. Tenant shall have no right to reduce the number of Permits leased by Tenant as to Floors 24 and 25 of the Building pursuant to this Paragraph 10 under Section 3.5.6
Garage Parking. During the Term from and after the Rent Commencement Date, Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use Tenant’s pro rata share (based on the rentable square footage of the Premises divided by the rentable square footage of the Building, excluding any portion leased by Landlord to Yale University, in all such cases as adjusted) of the parking spaces located in the parking garage at the Building (the “Garage”) (i.e., initially 53 spaces for Tenant’s use, with all of such parking spaces being reserved for Tenant with a sign identifying Tenant placed in proximity to such reserved spaces), increasing proportionately if the Premises is expanded pursuant to Tenant’s rights under Articles 36 and 37, and the right together with the other tenants and occupants of the Building and others entitled thereto, and its and their employees, agents, and invitees, to use any driveways appurtenant thereto for the purposes of egress and ingress, parking of vehicles for itself, its customers, and employees in connection with and incidental to the business conducted by Tenant in the Premises. Landlord shall not charge any separate license or leasing fee for the use of the parking spaces. Landlord may use a sticker system, access devices, or another method to control access to the Garage from time to time. To the extent applicable to Tenant’s use of the parking spaces, the provisions of this Lease shall apply, including the Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall have no right to transfer Tenant’s right to use parking spaces under this Section 11.8 except to an assignee of this Lease (including without limitation, a Successor Entity) or a permitted subtenant, in either case so long as such assignee or subtenant is not Yale University or an affiliate of Yale University. Landlord may employ so-called stacked or valet parking within the Garage and may designate parking for EAST\174041517.9 certain tenants in certain areas of the Garage, provided that in each such case Tenant remains entitled to use the number of spaces set forth in this Section 11.8 at no additional cost. Tenant shall comply with the terms of a Parking Demand Management plan, if any, to entered into by Landlord and shall cooperate with Landlord as reasonably required in fulfilling any reporting obligations therein, provided that such plan does not increase Tenant’s obligations by more than a de minimis amount or unreasonably and adversely affect Tenant’s use of the Premises and/or the Garage without Tenant’s written...

Garage Parking. In addition to the free 23 assigned spaces that Lessee already has in the parking garage, Lessor shall provide Lessee with 2 additional assigned parking spaces (spaces #7, and #15) at no charge.
Garage Parking. In addition to the free 19 assigned spaces that Lessee already has in the parking garage, Lessor shall provide Lessee with 3 additional assigned parking spaces (#2, #3, #46), and 1 conditional parking space (#33 1/2), all at no charge. The conditional parking space is a space next to a handicapped parking space. Should a handicapped person ever rent the handicapped parking space #34 and require the parking space next to it be empty (as is required in the case of van accessibility), the conditional parking space will need to be given up and no replacement parking space will be given.
