Student Tuition Waiver. Nonresident children of bargaining unit members may attend Northwestern Local Schools with tuition waived. Class placement is up to the Administration. Necessary registration and other paperwork for open enrollment must be completed as a requirement of this Section.

Student Tuition Waiver. 1. For open enrollment purposes, the Board will give priority to children of all employees in the bargaining unit to the extent permitted by law.
Student Tuition Waiver. Non-resident children who are enrolled as students of the Clark-Shawnee Local School District as of July 1, 2010, and their siblings who are children of bargaining unit members who are employed by the District as of July 1, 2010, may attend school in Clark-Shawnee Local School District tuition-free for so long as the bargaining unit member remains employed in the District. Should non-resident children of bargaining unit members who are employed by the District after July 1, 2010, wish to enroll their children as students of the Clark-Shawnee Local School District, such enrollment shall be pursuant to the District’s open enrollment policy and guidelines. Should non-resident children of bargaining unit members reside in a district that does not participate in open enrollment as permitted under Ohio law, and should class size not be an issue for purposes of enrollment of said children, said children shall be permitted to attend school in Clark-Shawnee Local School District tuition free. Necessary registration and other paperwork for open enrollment must be completed as a requirement of this Article. The employee shall request open enrollment forms. Open enrollment forms must be completed and returned to the District on the date indicated on the forms.
Student Tuition Waiver. The Board of Education will waive any tuition of non-resident children of employees in the bargaining unit who attend Chippewa Local Schools.

Student Tuition Waiver. Board employed teachers who do not reside in the Southeast Local School District but would like to have their children attend school in the District must first apply to have their children attend school through the Board’s Inter-District Open Enrollment Policy. Only if a teacher’s child(ren) is/are determined not to be eligible for attendance through the Policy [e.g. the child applies for enrollment after the first day of classes of any school year] or are denied attendance by operation of the Policy, may the child(ren) still attend school in the District without paying tuition by operation of this provision [i.e. the Board shall waive his/her/their tuition based on the conditions set forth below]. Tuition for pre-school students is specifically excluded from the provisions of this Article.

  • Tuition Waiver Subd. 1. ASF Members shall be entitled to enrollment, on a space available basis, in courses at any Minnesota State state university without payment of tuition or fees, except laboratory fees and special course fees. Such enrollment shall not exceed twenty-seven (27) semester credit hours per fiscal year. For purposes of this section, a year begins the first day of fall semester and concludes the day before the beginning of the succeeding fall semester.

You are not eligible for protection from the STRF, and you are not required to pay the STRF assessment, if you are not a California resident, or are not enrolled in a residency program.”

  • Tuition Reimbursement A. Agencies may approve full or partial tuition reimbursement, consistent with agency policy and within available resources.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Education Reimbursement The County will provide education reimbursement for education costs incurred by regular employees who apply for such reimbursement in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the education reimbursement program. The maximum reimbursement shall be $1,500 per year.

  • TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM A. As part of the University policy to encourage staff members to further their formal education, the Tuition Assistance Program for Employees was established. Under the Tuition Assistance plan, qualified Employees will be issued vouchers which will enable them to register without paying tuition. (Incidental fees, however, must be paid by the Employee.)
