Subcommittee Functions. The JHCC shall have subcommittees for: planning, administration and communications. JHCC subcommittees may be reconfigured by mutual agreement of the Labor and Management co-chairs. These subcommittees shall meet at least bimonthly, unless otherwise agreed, with the co-chairs, or a designee, as a member of each subcommittee.
