Bumping in the Agency Geographic Jurisdiction. If the affected employee is unable to bump within the office, institution or county, then the affected employee may bump the least senior employee in an equal or lower position in the same, similar or related classification series (see Appendix I) and within the appropriate geographic jurisdiction of their Agency (see Appendix J) in accordance with 18.04, except that the manner of bumping is modified as follows:

Bumping in the Agency Geographic Jurisdiction. If the affected employee is unable to bump within the office, institution or county, then the affected employee shall have the option to bump a less senior employee in accordance with Section 18.03 within the appropriate geographic jurisdiction of their Agency (see Appendix J) provided that the affected employee is qualified to perform the duties.

  • WORK JURISDICTION Par. 1.
