Submission of Documentation. The Contractor shall submit any and all documentation and justification in support of expenditures or fees under this Agreement as may be required by the Corporation and the Comptroller so that they may evaluate the reasonableness of the charges.
Submission of Documentation. It is the responsibility of partners to ensure the completion and submission of the relevant documentation, in order to ensure payment can be made. Submission of Documentation. 5.1 The Final Event Management Plans MUST be submitted by the Hirer, via Event App, a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the Event. Failure by the Hirer to supply the Final Event Management Plan(s) on time will result in cancellation of the event by the Council.
5.2 Following consideration of the Hirer’s Event Management Plan(s) by the Safety Advisory Group for Events, if there is a requirement for the Hirer to submit further information; this MUST BE provided via Event App, within 7 calendar days of the request being made. Failure to do so on time will result in cancellation by the Council.
5.3 Upon cancellation in clauses 5.1 and/or 5.2 above, NO REFUND of any of the Hirer’s payment will be made.
5.4 Upon approval of the Hirer’s Event Management Plan(s), the Hirer’s Licence for Land Hire will be issued by the Council.
Submission of Documentation. By September 10, a Faculty Member who will be considered for reappointment, tenure or promotion conferring tenure (and by October 10, in the case of promotion only), must submit the following documentation to the Chair of her or his Department (with the exception of Senior Instructor’s third and subsequent reappointment under the provisions of Article 15.2.5);
(a) a Curriculum Vitae;
Submission of Documentation. The teacher, who is asked to cover the class or designee of the principal, is responsible for asking for, filling out, signing and turning in a time card in order to receive substitute pay. A signed timesheet is legally required before the monies can be paid to the teacher. In the case of “division of substitute responsibilities” (see below), this money cannot be withheld if another employee does not turn in their timecard.
Submission of Documentation. 15.13.1 The Company shall, at its own cost and expense, submit to the GON three (3) hard copies and one (1) soft copy of the design drawings, construction drawings, "as built" drawings and other engineering details of the Project within ninety (90) Days of the Effective Date.
15.13.2 No later than sixty (60) Days prior to commissioning of the first power unit at the Power Station, the Company shall develop and prepare, in accordance with the Project Specifications, procedures, manuals and drawings required for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the Project. The Company shall update such procedures, manuals and drawings as required from time to time, and shall provide such updated procedures, manuals and drawings to the GON.
15.13.3 The Company shall provide three (3) hard copies and one (1) soft copy of all procedures, manuals and drawings prepared under Section15.13.2 to the GON within ninety (90) Days following COD.
15.13.4 Following COD, the Company shall submit to the GON annual reports including an audit report and operation and maintenance details in accordance with the Laws of Nepal, including the Electricity Regulations, 2050.
Submission of Documentation. 4.1 Final Event Management Plans MUST be submitted, via Event App, 8 weeks prior to your event date. Failure to supply your final Event Management Plan on time will result in the cancellation of your booking.
4.2 Following consideration of your Event Management Plans via the Safety Advisory Group for Events, if there is a requirement for you to submit further information, this MUST BE provided via Event App, within 7 calendar days of the request. Failure to do so on time will result in the cancellation of your booking.
4.3 Upon cancellation of either points 4.1 and 4.2 above, NO REFUND of your payment will be made.
4.4 Upon approval of your Event Management Plan, your Licence for Land Hire will be issued.
Submission of Documentation. An interested person that wishes to qual- ify as an eligible exporter must furnish the following information or docu- mentation to CCC at the address ref- erenced in the Notice to Exporters— EEP Contacts:
(1) The address of the interested per- son’s office and the name and address of an agent in the U.S. for the service of process;
(2) The legal form of doing business of the interested person, e.g., sole pro- prietorship, partnership, corporation, etc.;
