Submission of Internal Applications. ‌ A. A bargaining unit employee who wishes to be considered for a vacant position shall submit an updated employment application and resume (if desired) and any other required documents as specified in the Vacancy Announcement, to the Human Resources Department prior to the stipulated closing date. B. All bargaining unit members whose applications establish that they meet the minimum qualifications listed on the job description shall receive an interview. C. Bargaining unit members who are not selected for an interview shall be notified verbally and followed up via email, of the reasons why they did not receive an interview. If the bargaining unit member remains dissatisfied after delivery of the explanation, they may appeal the decision and submit additional qualifying information within two (2) working days to the Human Resources Director, who shall promptly review the appeal and any additional information received with the hiring supervisor. The Human Resources Director and hiring supervisor shall determine whether the bargaining unit member shall receive an interview; that decision shall be final. When interviews are completed, any bargaining unit member who has been unsuccessful shall receive written or verbal notice by the Human Resources Department. A bargaining unit member may, within two (2) working days of notification, request in writing the reason for non-selection, and/or a review by the Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director shall promptly review the selection process and rely upon the application materials submitted by the bargaining unit member prior to the interview, interview notes and other screening devices. No filling of any position shall be final until this review process has been completed. The decision of the Human Resources Director with respect to the filling of the vacancy shall be final. D. Submission of an application for employment constitutes approval by the bargaining unit member for the prospective hiring supervisor to have full access to the worker's personnel file, and to contact the employee's current supervisor relative to job credentials.

  • Maintenance of Approvals: Filings, Etc The Fund shall at all times maintain in effect, renew and comply with all the terms and conditions of all consents, filings, licenses, approvals and authorizations as may be necessary under any applicable law or regulation for its execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the other Related Documents to which it is a party.

  • Submission of Information 1. The market participant shall submit the following information with its completed and signed Participation Agreement: (a) name and registered address of the market participant including general email, facsimile and telephone number of the market participant for notifications in accordance with Article 74. (b) if the market participant is a legal person, business registration number, name of legal representative and an extract of the registration of the market participant in the commercial register of the competent authority; (c) contact details and names of persons authorised to represent the market participant and their function; (d) VAT and TAX registration number where applicable; (e) Taxes and levies to be considered for invoices and collateral calculations; (f) Energy Identification Code (EIC); (g) bank account information for payment to the applicant to be used by the Allocation Platform for the purposes of Article 65 paragraphs 8 and 9. (h) financial contact person for collaterals, invoicing and payment issues, and their contact details (email, facsimile and telephone number) for notifications where required in these Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 74; (i) commercial contact person and their contact details (email, facsimile and telephone number) for notifications where required in these Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 74; and (j) operational contact person and their contact details (email, facsimile and telephone number) for notifications where required in these Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 74. 2. A Registered Participant shall ensure that all data and other information that it provides to the Allocation Platform pursuant to these Allocation Rules (including information in its Participation Agreement) is and remains accurate and complete in all material respects and must promptly notify the Allocation Platform of any change. 3. A Registered Participant shall notify the Allocation Platform if there is any change to the information, submitted in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article, at least seven (7) Working Days before the change comes into effect and, where that is not possible, without delay after the Registered Participant becomes aware of the change. 4. The Allocation Platform will confirm the registration of the change or send a refusal note of registration of the change to the Registered Participant, at the latest, five (5) Working Days after the receipt of the relevant notification of change. The confirmation or refusal note will be sent via email to the commercial and operational contact person specified by the Registered Participant in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article. If the Allocation Platform refuses to register the change, the reason shall be provided in the refusal note. 5. The change becomes valid on the day of the delivery of the confirmation to the Registered Participant. 6. If additional information is required from a Registered Participant as a consequence of an amendment to these Allocation Rules, then the Registered Participant shall submit the additional information to the Allocation Platform within ten (10) Working Days after the request for such submission by the Allocation Platform.

  • Cooperation with Authorities Each party hereto shall cooperate with the other party and all appropriate governmental authorities (including without limitation the SEC) and shall permit such authorities reasonable access to its books and records in connection with any investigation or inquiry relating to this agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • How to Request an External Appeal If you remain dissatisfied with our medical appeal determination, you may request an external review by an outside review agency. In accordance with §27-18.9-8, your external appeal will be reviewed by one of the external independent review organizations (IRO) approved by the Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner. The IRO is selected using a rotational method. Your claim does not have to meet a minimum dollar threshold in order for you to be able to request an external appeal. To request an external appeal, submit a written request to us within four (4) months of your receipt of the medical appeal denial letter. We will forward your request to the outside review agency within five (5) business days, unless it is an urgent appeal, and then we will send it within two (2) business days. We may charge you a filing fee up to $25.00 per external appeal, not to exceed $75.00 per plan year. We will refund you if the denial is reversed and will waive the fee if it imposes an undue hardship for you. Upon receipt of the information, the outside review agency will notify you of its determination within ten (10) calendar days, unless it is an urgent appeal, and then you will be notified within seventy-two (72) hours. The determination by the outside review agency is binding on us. Filing an external appeal is voluntary. You may choose to participate in this level of appeal or you may file suit in an appropriate court of law (see Legal Action, below). Once a member or provider receives a decision at one of the several levels of appeals noted above, (reconsideration, appeal, external), the member or provider may not ask for an appeal at the same level again, unless additional information that could affect such decisions can be provided.

  • Examination of Implementation 1. Without prejudice to the procedures set out in Article 188 (Compensation), once the period of time set out in paragraph 3 of Article 186 (Implementation of the Report) has expired, and there is disagreement between the disputing Parties as to the existence or consistency of the measures taken to comply with the Panel report, such dispute shall be referred to the original Panel wherever possible. If not possible, the procedure pursuant to Article 179 (Panel Selection) shall be followed to appoint a new Panel, in which event the periods set out thereof shall be reduced by half (22). 2. This Panel shall issue its report on the matter within 60 days after the date of the referral of the matter to it. When the Panel considers that it cannot provide its report within this timeframe, it shall inform the Parties in writing of the reasons for the delay together with an estimate of the period within which it will submit its report. Any delay shall not exceed a further period of 30 days unless the Parties otherwise agree.

  • Submission of Issues All issues for negotiations by the Association and the Board shall be submitted in definitive writing at the first meeting. No additional topics shall be submitted by either party following the initial meeting, unless agreed to by both parties.

  • Submission of Grievances A. Any employee or group of employees shall have the right to present a grievance. No employee or group of employees shall be hindered from or disciplined for exercising this right. B. If any two (2) or more employees have essentially the same grievance they may, and if requested by the County must, collectively present and pursue their grievance if they report to the same immediate supervisor. C. If the grievant is a group of more than three (3) employees, the group shall, at the request of the County, appoint one (1) or two (2) employees to speak for the collective group. To be considered a grievant in a group grievance, each employee must be individually identified as a grievant when the grievance is submitted at Step 2.

  • Necessary Governmental Approvals The parties shall have received all approvals and actions of or by all Governmental Bodies which are necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby, which are either specified in Schedule 5.3(B)(ii) or otherwise required to be obtained prior to the Closing by applicable Requirements of Laws.
