SUBMITTAL OF BID. 15.1 Bids shall be submitted in triplicate. A Bid shall be submitted no later than the date and time prescribed and at the place indicated in the Notice to Bidders and shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project title (and, if applicable, the designated portion of the Project for which the Bid is submitted), the name and address of Bidder, and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and other required documents. If a Bid is sent by mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope containing the Bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope plainly marked on the outside with the notation “BID ENCLOSED.”

SUBMITTAL OF BID. INFORMATION TO BIDDERS Submittal of a bid in response to this solicitation constitutes an offer by the Bidder, and if accepted by Rio Grande City, a contract. Bids which do not comply with these specifications may be rejected at the option of the City. Bids must be received by Rio Grande City on or before the submittal deadline. The City may consider non-responsive any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions herein and may waive any formalities and/or technicalities or reject any and all bids.
SUBMITTAL OF BID. Bidders are required to submit a bid using the FSA bid system, VendorLink. Bid submissions include pricing for the base specification, option descriptions and pricing, as well as all other required documentation. The bid must be received by the date and time specified on the Bid Calendar. Failure to meet all submission requirements by the date indicated on the Bid Calendar will result in rejection of the bid. Bid System: VendorLink Bidders must submit their bid electronically using the FSA bid system, which is located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Bids not submitted within VendorLink will be rejected. Bidders are encouraged to participate in training provided for Vendorlink. Prices are to be rounded to the nearest whole dollar (i.e. $10, not $10.05).   • Withdrawal of Bid Any bidder who makes a bid but withdraws the same before the fall of the hammer, shall have his/her deposit equal to 10% of reserve price forfeited as agreed liquidated damages for payment to the Assignee/Bank.
