SUBSCRIPTION LEVELS. The various subscription levels, and the associated features and fees, are detailed at our website. You will be asked to select a subscription level during the onboarding process. Notwithstanding the above, you shall be charged the subscription package fee based on the features of the Platform that are released and available at any given time, until the full functionality of the selected subscription (i.e., the subscription package you selected and registered for) is made available. Certain features may not be available to specific categories of Users. The User can change its subscription level, by sending an email to xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx.xx with the related request. The subscription package and the corresponding fee will be adjusted accordingly. We reserve the right to amend these subscriptions from time to time, at our sole discretion, by adding or removing features and updating the fees accordingly. When such an amendment materially alters the features of the User’s subscription level, or results in an increase in the fees associated with the User’s subscription level, we will communicate such update via email to all Users.

Academic Subscriptions – Subscription only available to users registered with .edu (or other educational) email address and either employed by an institution of education or enrolled in such institution. Four types of academic subscriptions and two sub-types are currently available in SHELDUS®
SUBSCRIPTION LEVELS. Reltio makes the Platform available through paid subscription plans (“Paid Subscriptions”) and Free Plans (together with Paid Subscriptions, “Subscription Levels”). Current Subscription Levels are described at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/products/identity-360/ and Customer’s specific Subscription Level will be identified in the Order Form presented when Customer registers, orders or pays for the Services. Customer’s permitted scope of use depends on the Subscription Level that Customer selects and will be specified in the applicable Order Form.
SUBSCRIPTION LEVELS. Users who sign up for Debit Card Accounts may select a no-fee Jassby account plan for their Family (the “No Fee Plan”) or may use the Service to subscribe to one or more premium service level plans (each a “Premium Service Level Plan”) (all plan levels referred to collectively as “Plan Levels”). The features offered under each Plan Level are subject to change at any time. The monthly fee for any Premium Service Level Plan (the “Monthly Fee”) and the features currently provided pursuant to each Plan Level are described on our website. Taxes may apply. The Family Organizer is responsible for selecting the Family’s Plan Level and may change the Family’s Plan Level at any time, but no more than once per monthly billing cycle. To change your Family’s Plan Level, please visit the account details page in the App or contact Jassby customer service at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx. If you downgrade your Plan Level, you will not be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of the Monthly Fee associated with the remainder of the current monthly billing cycle. A Premium Service Level Plan may enable Users to access certain features that are not available to Users who select the No Fee Plan, possibly including, but not limited to, the following: • Double rewards under the Jassby Member Rewards Program: Premium Service Level Plan members may earn two rewards points for every rewards point earned pursuant to the Jassby Rewards Program, described in Section 1.11 of this Agreement.
SUBSCRIPTION LEVELS. For Annual Subscriptions, Customer’s Subscription Level shall be as set forth on the applicable Order Form. Customer may upgrade the Subscription Level of an existing Annual Subscription through execution of a new Order Form. For Consumption Subscriptions and Monthly Subscriptions, the Subscription Level selected by Customer in the Cloud Service at any given time shall be the Subscription Level Customer has purchased for purposes of the Agreement. If the Cloud Service permits such functionality, Customer may change the Subscription Level of a Consumption Subscription or Monthly Subscription by selecting a different Subscription Level in the Cloud Service.

  • Subscription Period the Initial Subscription together with any Renewal(s).

  • Subscription Service PROS warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Service will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy will be the deployment of a corrected version of the PROS software application that is the object of the Subscription Service, or provision of a workaround, provided however if PROS fails to provide such remedy after using commercially reasonable efforts, Customer may exercise its rights herein for breach of contract, including, but not limited to, termination pursuant to Section 10.2.

  • Subscription Price Each Warrant is exercisable at a price per share (the “Exercise Price”) of US$1.00. One (1) Warrant and the Exercise Price are required to subscribe for each share during the term of the Warrants.

  • Software Subscription Lifecycle During the life cycle of Red Hat Software, the scope of Software Maintenance and Support evolves and, after a number of years, we discontinue Software Maintenance and Support for older versions of Software. The details of the Software Maintenance and Production Support life cycle are set forth at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support/policy/update_policies.html. If available, you may purchase Extended Update Support and/or Extended Life Cycle Support, as described in Exhibit 1.G, to extend your Subscription Services for certain versions of Software.

  • Subscription Term The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.

  • Subscription Terms Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor’s documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement.

  • User Subscriptions Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.

  • Term of Purchased Subscriptions The term of each subscription shall be as specified in the applicable Order Form. Except as otherwise specified in an Order Form, subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant subscription term. The per-unit pricing during any renewal term will increase by up to 7% above the applicable pricing in the prior term, unless Xxxxxx provides Customer notice of different pricing at least 60 days prior to the applicable renewal term. Except as expressly provided in the applicable Order Form, renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at Xxxxxx’x applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any renewal in which subscription volume for any Services has decreased from the prior term will result in repricing at renewal without regard to the prior term’s per-unit pricing.

  • Software Subscription Use Case Red Hat Storage Server for On- Premise Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non- server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended for use on a dedicated System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended to be used as a storage system with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non-server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended for use on a dedicated Physical Node; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the Physical Node can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server.

  • Software Subscription The Term of any Software Subscription shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription License Term unless written notice of termination is given to the other Party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.
