Subscription License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any additional requirements or restrictions indicated in the Schedule, Nuance grants to Company, and Company accepts the following licenses.
Subscription License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the time Customer has purchased a Subscription, as detailed in an applicable Order Form, Lightbend grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely in connection with Customer's business operations.

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, during the term herein, CCI hereby grants to Client only to the extent of Authorized Users and solely for Client’s internal business purposes a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, worldwide right and license to access the Site and use the Services, for the sole purpose to provide Client with a tool to conduct its own internal business. All rights not expressly granted to Client herein are expressly reserved by CCI.
Subscription License Grant. For as long as Subscriber does not breach any terms of this Agreement and fail to cure such breach in the time provided by this Agreement (if a time for cure is expressly allowed by this Agreement), Reliability grants to Subscriber a nontransferable (except as provided expressly herein) license, subject to all of the Terms of this Agreement, for the Subscription Term, (i) to use the Services up to and including the number of Seats licensed, and (ii) to modify the Templates. Under no circumstances shall Subscriber be entitled to receive the object or source code to the Software, even if Reliability breaches the Agreement. This license grant is limited to the express terms of this Agreement; no other uses of the Services or Software are impliedly licensed. This Agreement sometimes refers to the license to use the Services as the “Subscription.”
Subscription License Grant. Impetus grants to Licensee a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license during the term of this Agreement to use the Software described on the applicable product page on the number of AMIs (“Amazon Machine Images") for which Licensee has purchased a license.

Each AMI is only licensed to run up to fifteen (15) concurrent Apache Spark Pipelines unless Licensee obtains a new license for additional capacity from IMPETUS.
Subscription License Grant. Subject to City’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and for the applicable subscription License Term, FDS grants to City a non-exclusive, non- transferable, limited license subscription to install and run, for City’s internal business purposes, the FDS Software on the number of authorized Hardware devices and for the managed storage capacity specified in the applicable Order Schedule. City may copy the FDS Software as reasonably required to exercise its rights under this Section, and may make a reasonable number of copies for backup or archival purposes.
Subscription License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, during the term hereof, Smartx hereby grants to Customer and its Affiliates only to the extent of Authorized Users and solely for Customer's internal business purposes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right and license to access the Site and mobile application and use the Services. All rights not expressly granted to Customer herein are expressly reserved by Smartx.
Subscription License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, during the term hereof, idtPlans hereby grants to Customer and its Affiliates only to the extent of Licensed Users and solely for Customer's internal business purposes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right and license to access the Site and use the Services. All rights not expressly granted to Customer herein are expressly reserved by idtPlans. Customer personnel will indicate agreement by click-through to idtPlans’ standard End-User License Agreement (“XXXX”) in the registration process for access and use of the Services; provided, however, that if there is any conflict or inconsistency between the XXXX and this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control. All rights not expressly granted to Customer herein are expressly reserved by idtPlans.
Subscription License Grant. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we agree to provide you with such services (the “Services”) specified below during the Term (as hereinafter defined). In connection with the provision of the Services, we may provide you with access to certain software-as-a-service online applications (“Software”) and certain proprietary content development, information and materials including, without limitation, custom software development, custom content development, user manuals, technical manuals, standard and customized forms, reports, software, courses, modules, assessment questions, and other content (“Provided Materials”) on a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we hereby grant you, during the Term, a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software and Provided Materials solely in connection with the Services and for your internal use. The Software and Provided Materials are licensed and are not sold and, as between the parties hereto, you will at no time obtain title to the Software or Provided Materials. You will further ensure that any individual leaving your organization will be prohibited from accessing, copying or utilizing the Software or Provided Materials, and upon this Agreement’s termination, you will return or destroy all Provided Materials.
