Sunday Trading. Subject to the following principles ordinary hours of work for employees engaged following the making of this agreement may be introduced: a) Hours on Sunday be paid at 1.5 for the first 3 hours double time thereafter; b) Prior to the company introducing Sunday Trading, there be consultative procedures between the parties; c) Sunday Trading has application to new business or to operational requirements which necessitate Sunday Trading activities.

Sunday Trading. All States and Territories (excluding stores as defined in clause 1.3.16 of this Agreement) (a) Ordinary hours of work on a Sunday shall be voluntary for all team members (including casuals) who were employed in a store at the time when Sunday trading lawfully commenced (or commences in the future) in that store. (b) Ordinary hours of work on a Sunday shall be voluntary for all team members (including casuals) who were employed in a store which, as at 1 March 1997, could not lawfully trade on a Sunday. (c) Where a team member transfers at his/her own request to a store where Sunday trading is already lawful, the team member will not have the right to refuse to work on Sundays at the new store. (d) Where a team member is transferred by the Company from a non‐Sunday trading store, to a store where Sunday trading is already lawful, the team member will have the right to refuse to work on Sundays at the new store. (e) In respect of team members in NSW/ACT who were employed prior to December 1991, Sunday work shall be voluntary. Sunday work shall be voluntary for team members employed in other states and territories as at 1 February 1994. (f) In respect of team members in Victoria who were employed prior to 1 December 1996, Sunday work shall be voluntary.

  • Shares Listed on Trading Market The Shares shall have been listed and admitted and authorized for trading on the Trading Market, and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager.

  • Holidays Falling on Saturday or Sunday ‌ For an employee whose workweek is from Monday to Friday, and when any of the above-noted holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on some other day, the following Monday shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement; when a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on some other day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies to the Monday), shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Holiday Falling on Saturday or Sunday For an employee whose normal workweek is from Monday to Friday and when any of the above-noted holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday will be deemed to be the holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies), will be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • No Trading The Company acknowledges and agrees that it is aware, and that the Company’s Affiliates are aware (and each of their respective Representatives is aware or, upon receipt of any material nonpublic information of the Purchaser, will be advised) of the restrictions imposed by U.S. federal securities laws and the rules and regulations of the SEC and Nasdaq promulgated thereunder or otherwise (the “Federal Securities Laws”) and other applicable foreign and domestic Laws on a Person possessing material nonpublic information about a publicly traded company. The Company hereby agrees that, while it is in possession of such material nonpublic information, it shall not purchase or sell any securities of the Purchaser (other than to engage in the Merger in accordance with Article I), communicate such information to any third party, take any other action with respect to the Purchaser in violation of such Laws, or cause or encourage any third party to do any of the foregoing.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.
