Work on Sundays. The employer must pay an employee who works on a Sunday: if the employee works for five hours or less, the employee’s ordinary daily wage; if the employee works for more than five hours, one and a half times the employee’s ordinary daily wage. Despite sub clause (1), an agreement may permit an employer to grant an employee who works on a Sunday paid time off equivalent to the difference in value between the pay received by the employee for working on the Sunday and the pay that the employee is entitled to in terms of sub clause (1). Any time worked on a Sunday by the employee who does not ordinarily work on a Sunday is not take into account in calculating an employee’s ordinary hours of work in terms of clause 5, but is taken into account in calculating the overtime worked by the employee in terms of clause 6. If a shift worked by the employee falls on a Sunday and another day, the whole shift is deemed to have been worked on the Sunday, unless the greater portion of the shift was worked on the other day, in which case the whole shift is deemed to have been worked on the other day.
Work on Sundays. (a) All hours worked by employees on a Sunday which are not related to the store opening for business and which are not part of an employee’s regular daily work schedule will be paid at double time (2x) the employee’s regular rate of pay. When this premium is paid, no other bonus or premium will apply to such hours worked.
(b) i) All work on Sunday to be voluntary.

Work on Sundays. Work on Sunday shall be paid at time and one-half, unless it falls within the assigned workweek.
Work on Sundays. A premium of one-half (½) times the employee’s basic hourly rate of pay will be paid for basic hours of work worked by an employee on a Sunday.
Work on Sundays. 9.2.1 Full-time and part-time employees may be rostered to work a maximum of 3 Sundays in any 4 week cycle. Employees rostered this way shall be entitled to a minimum break of 3 consecutive days within a 4 week cycle, including a Saturday and Sunday.
9.2.2 An employee may request in writing to other arrangements. Where the employer agrees it will be recorded in the time and wages records. It cannot be made a condition of employment that an employee make such a request.
9.2.3 An employee can terminate the agreement to other arrangements by giving four weeks’ notice to the employer.
Work on Sundays. Hours worked on any Sunday will be paid at the rate 3 for the employee classification level. These hours will not be counted towards the aggregate 40 hours used to determine hours paid at the higher rates for all other hours worked in any week.
Work on Sundays. Any arrangement of hours for grounds workers which includes a Sunday as ordinary hours shall be subject to agreement between the College and the majority of employees directly involved.
