The contractor shall submit a SCRM plan as part of its technical proposal that describes how the contractor will reduce and mitigate Supply Chain Risk using the security controls outlined below (further described in CNSSI 1253, Appendix D and NIST SP 800-53), as applicable to your contract. Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM). The contractor shall establish and implement a SCRM program and when directed under an FPS4 DO, shall develop and deliver a SCRM Plan. The contractor will integrate the SCRM plan with their overall risk management process to ensure that the delivered system, maintenance equipment, and supplies (e.g., spares and repair parts) do not incorporate counterfeit parts, malicious code, or any other elements that would allow adversaries to gain unauthorized access to data, alter data, interrupt communications, or otherwise disrupt operations. The contractor SCRM program and as required DO SCRM plan, shall incorporate counterfeit prevention methods to describe how they will prevent procurement of counterfeit materials and parts, including mechanical piece/parts and electronics components procured for sustainment of those systems and assemblies. The contractor’s SCRM program and applicable DO plans shall comply with the requirements of AFPAM 63-113, "Program Protection Planning for Life Cycle Management”, SAE Aerospace Standard 5553, Counterfeit Electronic Parts; Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation, and Disposition, and the IBDSS Program Protection Plan (PPP), current version at time of DO award as guidance. When SCRM Plan is required by DO, the contractor shall include in the plan a description of their processes for reviewing and approving supplier and subcontractor systems for the detection and avoidance of counterfeit electronic parts. In the Plan, the contractor shall also describe how they will flow down such requirements and processes to their subcontractors.

The SCRM plan shall describe the supply chain risks associated with the product and/or service being provided, and how the Contractor will reduce and mitigate those supply chain risks. As indicated at the task order level, the Contractor will execute their SCRM Plan and provide a SCRM Plan Update in the event of changes that affects supply chain risk. At a minimum, the following events substantiate the need for an update: changes in company ownership, changes in senior company leadership, supplier changes, subcontractor changes, and ICT supply chain compromises. If, during the performance of a task order, the Contractor experiences a change that creates a supply chain risk that cannot be mitigated, then DISA must determine whether a continuation of the contract may pose an undue risk to the common defense and security through the possible compromise of that information or material. If DISA determines that such a threat or potential threat exists, the contracting officer s shall consider the alternatives of negotiating an acceptable method of isolating the supply chain risk that influences the Contractor or execute DFARS 239.73, Requirements for Information Relating to Supply Chain Risk.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including: a. Suspending all or part of the Contract; b.   • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).
