SUPPORT OF AGREEMENT AND MEET AND CONFER PROCESS. The employees agree that they shall utilize the regular meet and confer process and endeavor to reach agreement on wages, hours and conditions of employment only through that process. The City agrees to utilize the meet and consult process exclusively in a good faith attempt to reach consensus regarding wages, hours and conditions of employment. Unit representatives agree to pursue the "Open Door" policy of the City to resolve disputes that might arise concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement. During the term of this MOU the parties agree, should the meet and confer process not be successful in addressing matters under this agreement, the parties will use the dispute resolution process as provided herein or within the Civil Service rules as a means of adjudicating disputes between them.

  • SUPPORT OF AGREEMENT The District and the Association agree that it is to their mutual benefit to encourage the resolution of differences through the meeting and negotiation process. Therefore, it is agreed that the District and the Association will support this Agreement and that the Association, for its term, will not appear before the Governing Board to seek change or improvement in any matter subject to the meeting and negotiation process except by mutual agreement of the District and the Association.

  • Order Process When the start of production of your reservation nears, we will ask you to confirm your option selections and to provide full details of the legal purchaser of the Model X. Tesla will create an order for your Model X containing the information provided by you, and a Purchase Agreement indicating the estimated purchase price of your Model X, taking into account the base price of the model and any options included or that you select, plus estimates of any applicable taxes, duties, transport and delivery charges, and any other applicable fees. Tesla will then submit to you the order and the Purchase Agreement for your review. If you wish to proceed and purchase the Model X, you must sign and return the Purchase Agreement together with any amounts that are then required to be paid. Production of your Model X will then be commenced and your deposit payable under the Purchase Agreement will be held by Tesla as a non-refundable deposit (to the extent permitted by applicable law). At the time you enter into the Purchase Agreement, you may, at your sole option, notify us that you would like to take your Reservation Payment and apply it to your deposit. These procedures may be subject to change.

  • PROCUREMENT OF AGREEMENT CONSULTANT represents and warrants that no person or selling agent has been employed or retained by CONSULTANT to solicit or secure this Agreement upon an agreement or upon an understanding for a commission, percentage, a brokerage fee, contingent fee or any other compensation. CONSULTANT further represents and warrants that no payment, gift or thing of value has been made, given or promised to obtain this or any other agreement between the parties. CONSULTANT makes such representations and warranties to induce the COUNTY to enter into this Agreement and the COUNTY relies upon such representations and warranties in the execution hereof.
