Supportive Programs and Policies. In addition to the projects and network investments identified in previous plans and the new projects identified during the Gap Analysis, the Consultant will assemble a list of supportive programs and policies to meet plan goals and address mobility needs and priorities expressed during community feedback. Programmatic investments will be included in initial project prioritization to gauge alignment and return on investment in advancing plan goals.
