SURVEY / DESIGN PHASE. A.2.1 All documents including surveys, drawings and specifications, any changes, revisions or amplifications thereof, as well as all construction cost estimates, shall be subject to the written approval of the Owner before the documents are accepted. The approval of drawings by the Owner is not to be construed as authority to violate, cancel or set aside any provisions of applicable codes.
