Suspension by the Owner. (a) The Owner may order the Contractor in writing to suspend, delay, or interrupt the Work in whole or in part for such period of time as the Owner may determine (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension”).
Suspension by the Owner. If the Owner considers that suspension of the whole or part of the Works is necessary or appropriate for any reason, the Owner may direct the Participants in writing to immediately suspend the whole or any part of the Works for the period specified by the Owner in writing.
Suspension by the Owner. (a) The Owner may request the Design-Build Engineer or CSCU Director, as applicable, by notice to the Operator, to order the Operator to suspend performance of any or all of its obligations under the Contract. Such notice shall specify the obligation of which performance is to be suspended, the effective date of the suspension and the reasons therefor. The Operator shall thereupon suspend performance of such obligation, except those obligations necessary for the care or preservation of the Site, Existing Facility or New Facility, until ordered in writing to resume such performance by the Design- Build Engineer or CSCU Director, as applicable.
Suspension by the Owner. § 12.3.1 The Owner may, without cause, order the Design/Builder in writing to suspend, delay or interrupt the Work in whole or in part for such period of time as the Owner may determine. The GMP and Contract Time shall be adjusted for increases in the cost and time caused by any such suspension, delay or interruption ordered by the Owner pursuant to this Section. No adjustment shall be made to the extent: (a) that performance is, was or would have been so suspended, delayed or interrupted by another cause for which the Design/Builder is responsible; or (b) that an equitable adjustment is made or denied under another provision of this Part 2 Agreement.
Suspension by the Owner. Should the Owner desire, in its sole discretion, to suspend the whole or any part of the Services or suspend for a further period Services already suspended pursuant to this Section 15, the Owner shall notify the Program Manager, indicating the period of the proposed suspension or further suspension. The Program Manager shall, within 10 Business Days after such notice, furnish an itemised statement to the Owner's Project Representative setting out:
Suspension by the Owner. The Owner may, at its option, suspend all or a portion of the Services by notifying the Consultant in writing, and the Consultant shall be compensated for Services performed prior to notice of the suspension. When the Services are resumed more than thirty days after suspension, the Consultant shall be compensated for expenses incurred in the interruption and resumption of the Consultant’s Services, and the Consultant’s Fee for the remaining Services and the time schedules shall be equitably adjusted.
