SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 12.1 Any of the Parties may, for any reason, suspend the negotiations contemplated by this Agreement and will provide to the other Parties and to the BCTC written confirmation of the suspension setting out the reasons for the suspension and the date that the suspension commences or commenced.
SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 13.1 While each of the Parties is committed to the BCTC Process, any of the Parties may suspend the negotiations anticipated by this Agreement by providing written notice to the BCTC and the other Parties which sets out the reasons for suspension and the date the suspension commences.
13.2 Prior to suspension of negotiations, and where the Parties agree, reasonable efforts will be made to enter into a dispute resolution process. Otherwise, where appropriate, these efforts will be made as soon as practicable after the suspension.
SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 15.1 Should any of the Parties decide to suspend the negotiations contemplated by this Framework Agreement, the Party suspending will provide written confirmation, which sets out the reasons for the suspension and the commencement date, to the other Parties and to the BCTC.
15.2 Where appropriate, prior to a Party exercising its right to suspend negotiations under section 15.1, the Parties will make all reasonable efforts to enter into appropriate methods of dispute resolution.
15.3 If a Party suspends negotiations under section 15.1, the Chief Negotiators and their advisors are committed to attending one meeting to thoroughly explore the possibility of resolving the issues leading to the suspension in negotiations, as those issues relate to treaty negotiations. If the Parties agree, the assistance of the BCTC or an independent facilitator may be requested for this meeting.
SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 13.1 Any of the Parties may suspend the negotiations contemplated by this Agreement by providing written notice, which also sets out the reasons for suspension, to the other Parties and to the British Columbia Treaty Commission.
SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. Should any of the Parties decide to suspend negotiations contemplated by this Agreement, the Party suspending will provide written confirmation of the suspension, including the reasons for suspension, as soon as possible, to the other Parties and British Columbia Treaty Commission.
SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 10.1 If a Party wishes to suspend its participation in the negotiations contemplated by this Agreement, that Party will provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to the other Parties. The notice will set out the reasons for the suspension and the date on which it is to commence.
10.2 Where a Party provides notice under subsection 10.1:
(a) before the suspension takes effect, the Parties will meet and make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute or issue(s) that lead to the notice of suspension; and
(b) if the issue(s) are not resolved by the suspension date, the Parties will continue to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute or issue(s) for a further 60 days, or longer if agreed by the Parties, including using dispute resolution pursuant to section
SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 10.1 Any Party may suspend the negotiations contemplated by this Agreement, and will provide written notice, which also sets out the reasons for suspension and the date that the suspension commences or commenced, to the other Parties and the BCTC.
10.2 If a Party suspends negotiations under section 10.1, the Chief Negotiators and their advisors are committed to attending one meeting to explore the possibilities of resolving the issue or issues leading to the suspension in negotiations, as those issues relate to treaty negotiations. The assistance of the BCTC or, if the Parties agree, an independent facilitator, may be requested for this meeting.
SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 13.1 The Parties are cornmitted to interest based negotiations within the BCTC Process. Each Party reserves the right to suspend its participation in these negotiations, and any Party may object to such a suspension, but such objection does not affect the right of any Party to suspend participation in these negotiations. Where there is a dispute, the Parties may work together to resolve the dispute prior to, or after, suspending these negotiations.
13.2 If a Party decides to exercise its right of suspension, that Party shall provide written confirmation to the other Parties and to the BCTC, setting out the reasons for the suspension and the date of commencement.
SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 9.1 Should any of the Parties decide to suspend the negotiations contemplated by this Agreement, the Party suspending will provide written confirmation, which also sets out the reasons for suspension, to the other Parties and to the BCTC.
9.2 Prior to a Party exercising its right to suspend negotiations under Section 9.1, the Parties shall in good faith, make all reasonable efforts to enter into appropriate methods of dispute resolution unless the emergent nature of the situation leading to the suspension precludes such dispute resolution efforts.
9.3 If a Party suspends negotiations under Section 9.1, the Chief Negotiators and their advisors are committed to attending one meeting to explore the possibilities of resolving the issue or issues leading to
SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 15.1. Any of the Parties may, for any reason, suspend the negotiations contemplated by this Agreement. Should any Party suspend the negotiations, the Chief Negotiator of that Party will advise the Chief Negotiators of the other Parties and the BCTC within a reasonable period of time of the suspension commencing and, within 30 calendar days of the suspension commencing, the Party suspending the negotiations will provide written confirmation setting out reasons for the suspension.
