System Configuration and Training. The first portion of training will be performed by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ project team. Team members will train and guide Customer’s Build Team in configuring the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Suite system, setting up and maintaining code tables, managing users and user rights, among other options. Through ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-guided configuration of the system, the Build Team becomes well versed in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ software system administration.

System Configuration and Training. A. GeoDecisions shall provide Customer access to the System configured for Customer’s data. This access shall be available from locations and/or hardware as the parties shall mutually agree, and in accordance with the configuration and acceptance testing schedule set forth in Exhibit A. GeoDecisions shall not be responsible for delays in meeting the schedule set forth in Exhibit A caused by Customer's failure to timely perform Customer's obligations under this Agreement or for any reason beyond the reasonable control of GeoDecisions. B. If applicable, Customer shall grant GeoDecisions proper access to Customer's facility/facilities as needed to perform this Agreement. In addition, Customer shall be solely responsible for preparing the equipment at its facility/facilities for access and use of the System as required by GeoDecisions and this Agreement, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in the scope of services. C. GeoDecisions shall provide training to Customer in the use and operation of the System in accordance with Exhibit A.
