System Administration. The Department Manager (system administrator) of each system component is responsible for setting minimum guidelines within which users must conduct their activities. This includes access and/or review capabilities. System administrators and individual departments may establish more detailed guidelines, as needed, for specific communications and computer systems and networks. These guidelines may include such issues as allowable connect time and disk space, handling of unretrievable mail, responsibility for account approval, and other items related to administering and maintenance of the District's systems.

Recent activity; ix. Test results. 16 The pre-defined reports and views include for example: i. Cohort comparison (compare 2 selected populations based on user-selected measures); ii. Core 20 plus 5 (NHSE approach to reducing health inequalities); iii. Demand and capacity; iv. Population profile; v. System AdministrationThe Contractor shall provide 24-hour-a day, 7-day-a-week, 365-day-a-year system administration (SA) event and performance monitoring for application, Web tier, OS and below, servers, hardware, third-party software, storage, network appliances, Riverbed components, f5 load balancer, and administrative user maintenance used within the Production system. SA shall manage the production hardware warranties, resolve SRs, and perform system backups. SA shall perform necessary server maintenance, research hardware, operating system issues, and apply patches and updates to Exadata, Oracle Virtual Machine, Oracle Virtual Server, Infiniband, Network Switches, Management Switches, Management Server, and Virtual Machines. SA shall support IAVA management to ensure the system remains compliant to IA/Cybersecurity certification requirements.
System Administration. (a) The Customer will have access to self-administration capabilities through the secure Unison web portal. Two levels of administrative access are available: i. System Administration – which provides designated Customer administrators with access to system level features as well as features for all end users ii. End User Administration – which provides end users with limited portal access or a mobile self-service application for iOS and Android devices and restricts them to management of their specific end user features only (b) Customer should note that Unison users cannot be activated or deactivated through the Unison web portal. Designated system administrators must call the Rogers Customer Care organization to have users added or removed from the Customer’s Unison Service. (c) Rogers is not liable for damages, including any loss of benefits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages to the Customer or any other party arising from the use, misuse or inability to use the Unison web portal, whether or not Rogers or its authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
