T ravel Allowance. A. A teacher required by the responsible administrator to use his/her private automobile to travel routinely as part of his/her duties shall be reimbursed monthly at the rate established by the IRS.

T ravel Allowance. Employees using their own automobile for the Employer's business shall be paid at the rate of thirty (30) cents per kilometer or the Employer's policy whichever is greater. In lieu of using a car, employees shall be reimbursed for the cost of fares charged while using other forms of transportation for agency business.
T ravel Allowance. An automobile travel allowance will be granted to employees who must travel between buildings in the course of their day’s assignments as authorized by the Superintendent. The travel allowance shall be the maximum allowed under applicable IRS Regulations. The administration will notify employees of the applicable rate at the beginning of the school year and also when the IRS changes such maximum allowance. It is the responsibility of the employee to turn in mileage sheets at least twice per year, before Winter break and at the end of the year. The same mileage reimbursement will also be applicable for employees traveling to and from approved conferences, but not including IEA-NEA activities. This mileage reimbursement will be calculated and paid with the conference reimbursement.

  • Travel Allowance 18.01 The existing Board travel allowance shall be paid to an Occasional Teacher. This shall only apply when replacing an itinerant teacher.

  • Travel Allowances There shall be no payments for travel expenses, travel time, subsistence allowance or other such reimbursements or special pay except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Vacation Allowance Employees in permanent positions are entitled to vacation with pay. Accrual is based upon straight time hours of working time per calendar month of service and begins on the date of appointment to a permanent position. Increased accruals begin on the first of the month following the month in which the employee qualifies. Accrual for portions of a month shall be in minimum amounts of one (1) hour calculated on the same basis as for partial month compensation pursuant to Section 5.6 of this MOU. Vacation credits may be taken in one (1) minute increments but may not be taken during the first six (6) months of employment (not necessarily synonymous with probationary status) except where sick leave has been exhausted; and none shall be allowed in excess of actual accrual at the time vacation is taken.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Annual Allowance The Corporation shall pay to the Executive, in cash, in a lump sum, on the Payment Date an amount equal to two times the annual allowance to which the Executive is entitled as of the date of the Date of Termination (or, if higher, as of immediately prior to the Effective Date).
