The Maximum Allowable Amount or Maximum Allowance equals the Usual, Customary, and Reasonable Charge for a Covered Service.
Employees shall be entitled to vacation, to be credited each June 30th during the term of this Agreement as follows: Earned Vacation Rate & Length of Employment Maximum Allowance 2 months but less than 15 years 2 days per completed month of employment following 60 days of employment up to 20 days.
