Temporary Military Leave for Active-Duty Training. Temporary military leave for active-duty training shall be granted to any employee who, as a member of a reserve component of the United States Armed Forces (the federally recognized National Guard, the federally recognized Air National Guard, the Officer’s Reserve Corps, the Regular Army Reserve, the Air Force Reserve, the Enlisted Reserve Corps, the Naval Reserve, the Marine Corps Reserve, the Coast Guard Reserve and the Public Health Reserve when serving with the Armed Forces), is ordered to full-time active military duty for training for a period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days, including time traveling to and from such duty.
