TERM OF COVENANTS. All Inclusionary Units in the Inclusionary Development shall be sold or leased in accordance with the terms of this Covenant for so long as the Inclusionary Development and any Inclusionary Unit therein exists. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Covenant may be released and extinguished upon the reasonable approval of the District Agency.

TERM OF COVENANTS. It is the intent, understanding and agreement of the parties to this Agreement that the covenants of non-competition as specified in Clause 9.02 below are to run for a period of six months after termination of this Agreement (the "TERM"). All provisions of whatever nature contained in these covenants shall be binding upon either party during such applicable periods and shall inure to the benefit of other.
TERM OF COVENANTS. Developer covenants and agrees to restrict the sale of the Affordable Units to sale and resale exclusively to Qualified Buyers who are Low Income Households, until such date as is forty-five (45) years from the date of the initial sale of each Affordable Unit by Developer.

TERM OF COVENANTS. It is the intent, understanding and agreement of ----------------- the parties to this Agreement that these covenants of non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure are to run for the period commencing from the date of Executive's employment under this Agreement and continuing for a period of three (3) years after termination of such employment, and that all provisions of whatever nature contained in these covenants shall be binding upon the Executive during such applicable period and shall inure to the benefit of Company; provided, however, that in the event that Executive's employment is terminated by the Company "without cause" pursuant to Section 8.02 hereof, then the term of the covenants of non-competition and non-solicitation shall expire twelve months from the effective date of such termination. The term of the covenant of non-disclosure shall not be effected by such termination.
TERM OF COVENANTS. These covenants and restrictions, as altered, annulled and amended from time to time as provided herein, shall be deemed covenants running with the land and shall remain in full force and effect until the first day of January, 2038, and, thereafter, shall be automatically extended for successive periods of twenty-five (25) each unless, within six (6) months prior to January 1, 2038, or within six (6) months preceding the end of any successive twenty-five (25) year period (the “Review Period”), as the case may be, a majority of the then-owners of the Numbered Lots located within the Residential Area and the then-owners of units or apartments within the various horizontal property regimes located in the Multi-Family Area vote to amend these covenants and restrictions in whole or in part. No such amendment shall be effective until recorded in the Greenville County Register of Deeds Office.
TERM OF COVENANTS. MSV and each Guarantor (as applicable) must perform and observe the covenants in clauses 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 until all ECUs subscribed for have been Converted or the Amount Owing has been paid in full.

TERM OF COVENANTS. The covenants set forth in Sections 6 and 7 shall remain in effect until and shall expire on the later of the second anniversary of the date of termination of Employee's employment with Employer or five years from the date hereof.
TERM OF COVENANTS. The covenants in this Section 6 shall continue for the full four-year term of this Agreement, notwithstanding that a discharge with or without Cause may sooner occur pursuant to Section 5. On the other hand, such covenants shall not extend past such four-year term, except for the duration of any period in which the Consultant is in material breach of such covenants. It is specifically understood that the Consultant shall not have the right or option to forgo any compensation or benefits under this Agreement or the Separation Agreement in order to be relieved of his covenants hereunder.
TERM OF COVENANTS. As further consideration for the purchase of the Assets, Seller agrees for five (5) years from the Closing Date, within twenty-five (25) miles of any physical therapy/rehabilitation clinic or business of Buyer, Seller will not, directly or indirectly: (a) Own (as a proprietor, partner, stockholder, or otherwise) an interest in, or participate (as an officer, director, or in any other capacity) in the establishment, management, operation, financing, or control of, or perform (b) Suggest, request, or encourage any employees, suppliers, or patients of Buyer to curtail, reduce, or cancel their employment or business done with Buyer; (c) Employ, solicit for employment, or advise or recommend to any other enterprise that such enterprise employ or solicit for employment, any person employed by Buyer; (d) Solicit or attempt to solicit for Seller or any other entity or enterprise any business from any third-party payor, referral sources or patients, or potential third-party payors, referral sources or patients, of Buyer; or (e) Make any statement or do any act that would cause any third- party payor, referral source or patient, or potential third-party payor, referral sources or patient, of Buyer to retain the services of any competitor, or would otherwise divert, diminish or prejudice the goodwill and business of Buyer.
